JobScore is very user friendly for both hiring teams and the admin staff. They are responsive and helpful with any suggestions or requests. Their customer service team is very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As for now the only issue I have is employee's having to go through JobScore to reset passwords. I would like to be able to reset passwords for employee's that aren't as tech savy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jobscore platform allows me to refer and share jobs at Sojern. The concept of team competition of referrals is also interesting, yet not highly used across our company. It is fast to see open task items for me to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find the platform tedious to use. I generally have to click on a few places before I find what I am looking for, like writing notes for an interview. After repeated attempts, I still do not have notification emails set up the way I wish. I cannot permanently decline Feedback tasks, even though this is something my team has decided we do on our own cadence instead of what is set up in JobScore for us. Most annoyingly, the system doesn't seem to allow some users (like myself) access to our own notes on interviews, causing me to keep a duplicate set of notes that I can refer back to since I cannot view them in JobScore. Jobscore puts the candidate relationship at the forefront. Great ability to put in notes, auto-captures emails, easy and customizable candidate steps and offer process, integrated offer/Docusign process, creation of tags for candidate tracking purposes. I could go on and on. We also have an account rep that over the 5 years we have had JobScore I feel as if I know personally and if there is a glitch in the system of a new element that has been rolled out, I KNOW will not only listen and help in the moment but shares with the product team if necessary. More than once I know that feedback I provided has been heard and used to improve the system. Honestly, you couldn't ask for more from a product Talent Acqusition folks basically live in for their daily jobs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The new UX roll out has been a bit weird. I have full faith that the organization will make the necessary changes and listen to customers over time. Right now the new UX is light in color, a funky font and WAY too big to the point that not as much information is present on the screen before needing to scroll. Again - knowing how well JobScore does with customer feedback - I see even this small part of a larger UX overhaul will be fine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that any of the assigned hiring managers can make a note that all of us can see regarding the status of or questions about a candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish that if I "copy" an existing job listing to create a new listing, I could populate all of the candidates from the original to the new listing as an option. We track our hiring efficiency based on how long a particular posting is open. We may have multiple people applying and decide to fill/close a posting and create a duplicate to start the calendar over for the search. I would like to move some of the candidates from the old one to the new one at that time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been impressed with JobScore's process for collaborating with others on the interview team and the hiring manager. Having the pre-built templates for the interview team to work with during interviews while all of the candidate's information is readily available helps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are some automation for Job Sync ups and interviews that become excessive reminders and clutter the inbox. At times, once the interview or even the sync up is complete the reminders come through constantly, even after the fact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As HR Consultants to small business and nonprofits we love to recommend JobScore. JobScore has every feature we find in much larger systems, is intuitive and easy to launch, yet provides small businesses and nonprofits with the flexible month-to-month pricing options they need. And the pricing is based on number of jobs posted rather than number of users. Big plus. Finally, and probably most importantly, JobScore delivers on qualified candidate pipeline. Every time we switch a client from another ATS they are blown away by the ability of JobScore to provide candidates they actually want to hire. We are big fans. Unlocking some of the email templates at the lower plan levels would be really nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is quite easy to navigate and use. I like that you can see the progression tracking of your candidates and can make notes on their profile. I also like the brief overview of the candidate before screening their resume (eg. available days to work). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes candidates will apply, and then their profile will disappear. It has happened a couple of times where we have sent our interview invitations and then after we've secured interviews via email, we can no longer see their profile on Jobscore to refer to their resume/cover letter. Many templates are customizable to a variety of employer types. From the application, to the individual candidate questions, automated responses, question sets, offer letters, etc. you can build the system how you would like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We have a decentralized recruiting approach at my organization and those people are not HR folks or 'recruiters' in the traditional sense so the system is not intuitive to all of them. As a result, it has required a lot of training to teach non-recruiters how to use the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

JobScore is easy to use whether you have one job to post or many. I like the functionality to include access for hiring managers who also find it easy to use. I also love the email syncing feature. To have copies of all emails with a candidate in one place saves us significant time. The function also allows us to communicate in a way that looks more natural and not automated. The candidate searching functions are not ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think one of the best assets of Jobscore is how easily you can find support if ever you need it. They have a chat service and if you chat in an off hour, they will definitely reach out through email. Also, the UI is straightforward and user-friendly. I also really like their bulk resume feature. It's just easier to import resumes all at once. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their report feature. More often confusing and lacks filter option. I specifically had a hard time when I try to download tasks. I wish there is a way to filter by dept and also download it all at once. iIf the task is more than 100, you have to download every page which is a real hassle tbh Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
