The best thing is the feedback we have received from our candidates. Our initial concern was that candidates might not like to do the one way videos. Or that it might be too complicated for them. But the feedback we have received since we implemented this has been exceptionally positive. Almost all of our candidates loved how easy and short this process was. It was really easy for my team to create video interviews and then share videos from candidates internally. I also liked that it integrated well with our current ATS. We used Zapier to build a connector and it worked flawlessly. Plus the feedback we got from our candidates was very positive too, especially cause it worked really smoothly on their phones.
