Jobma has saved our recruiting team so much time and allows us to have a record of previous interviews to reference with notes. It has increased the visibility into the process and also given both candidates and recruiters the flexibility and time needed to complete the process. While Jobma allows recording of your interview questions for candidates in the platform, we opted to do it outside so we could use our logo and background in our videos. The ability to create creative video interviews and questions. Really enjoy the fact there are several types of options for question types and the new gamification aspect of the program. The program is easy to navigate through, the dashboard is informative, and I can develop interview questions very quickly. My Jobma rep consistently checks in on a biweekly to monthly basis.
