What do you like best about Jira?
What we enjoy most about Jira on our develpoment team is how easy it is to keep track of all aspect of a project for a smooth process. Jira has all the features you would need and integration with other applications is a huge win! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Jira?
From my experience as a creative director and working with a team of graphic designer, we feel the interface is not as user friendly as we would like compaired to other project management tools that are out there. At times it can be overwhelming navigating around the application. Alot of basic features we would like to use are only available as 3rd party free/paid plugins. What do you like best about Jira?

-Its a litle complex to adapt the many features whitout a tutorial.
- WHen youre on the back log, if you are not a Administrator User you cant "erase" issues, onlye modify.

What do you like best about Jira?
In the use case we have for Jira, I find it very useful to track tickets that are incoming from clients. I'm not the most involved with the platform itself, which makes me more appreciative when the platform is straightforward and doesn't require immense training in order to understand the processes involved. Jira is an incredibly versatile tool for tracking and managing projects, especially for Agile teams. The extensive options for creating detailed reports and dashboards help keep our team informed and on track, and it’s easy to track progress through the Kanban or Scrum boards.
