What do you like best about Jira?

Jira Software gives you full control of the project management access through which user can access the facilities which jira has to offer.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

Jira Bassically helps with bug tracking, product management which helps user to solves the problems of the management easily. It has Issues from which user can access the issues that has been created by them and track all the activities which is being done with in the the jira.

It gives you track all the bugs, user can create the bugs and attach the files in it .

What do you like best about Jira?

Jira is second to none when it comes to adaptability to a great variety of different workflows and really extensive features of customization. Strong integrations further facilitate collaboration and automation of tasks, while clear visualization with Kanban and Scrum boards brings transparency to decision-making. What do you dislike about Jira?

Jira is a steep learning curve unto itself, and its feature set may overwhelm a new user right away. Advanced configurations of most the customizations are really challenging to perform and usually require technical expertise. What do you like best about Jira?

UI is great.

Simplicity to use.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

My organizaton has a mobile app which consistently experiences many bugs. To deal with those bugs and to fix them, we created a JIR A ticket and mentioned all the info required by the dev team to investigate. There is a comment section in the ticket where we can do regular follow up with the dev team to get the current progress or live status of the issue. It's a very great platform for bug management. What do you dislike about Jira?

Jira is using for project management with AI enabled fetures as well. But sometimes when i try AI-enabled automation and give more commands on onetime so, it does not give me the accurate result that I want to exectly looking for. In Jira is including the AI-based fetures is amazing. Jira is the best platform for fullfill majorly all need which i expect for project management. In this tool is includes no code automation feture is amazing. What do you like best about Jira?

Jira allows you to create tickets and subtasks to allow you to keep track of your issues. Jira Service Manager is easy to setup, and any company can get it up and running fast. Pay more and you get more features, but out of the box standard has a lot of features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

They will give you features as part of the standard package and then one day they will make some of those features premium and tell you you need to upgrade or lose it. It is a dirty way of doing business. We upgraded to premium and got nothing. Just the features they were gonna take from us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Customers - Ticketing - Customers enjoy the response times and the self-service portal.

Alerts - Opsgenie allows us to be alerted to severity issues.

Ticketing and project management - Jira helps us manage engineering, change control, and DevOps.

Jira makes our lives simple. The Jira automation is easy to configure, and the integrations are available if you can set them up and running. MSTeams for example, I am an admin and that is not enough to complete the MS Teams integration, you have to bring in a Azure admin to complete the authorization in like 3 different places. What do you like best about Jira?

What do you like best about Jira?

Jira is very easy to use, I can easily collaborate with my team, inform them through mentions or notifications, I can also record how much time the task is taking, I can also customize the file as per my need, which I like very much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very easy to do team collaboration with the help of Jira, you can inform the team by mentioning it or by giving notification, and you also get to know how much time it is taking which is very good for us, visualize, organize, and track work in sprints with custom scrum boards. What do you like best about Jira?

Everything is ticket here. Whoever is working on a team, everyone has at least some jira tickets. Tracking the progress of a team. Planning the deployments and most importantly the sprints - this help in keep track of even the smallest of bugs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing except, tickets can be deleted. Currently once it's created it can't be deleted. We move tickets to not-applicable status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
