What do you like best about Jira?

Jira can use anyone who needs to manage the team remotely and with less effort. and it has many integrations and many types of automation. This tool can also be used for better collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

For the startup company, initially they didn't implement any team management or project management tools. Most of them usually use a sheet or something like that, but the problem is that for employees, it is really hard to update data, and for managers, it is really hard to update and manage the team and project. However, Jira solves both problems. For employees, it's really easy to update their project status on Jira, and they will get notified of every action in their project. What do you like best about Jira?

I love the ease with which it allows me to see and manage each task assigned to me or my team, and the requests of different natures that others generally have. It allows me to transition each task easily, so I can update the requester on every step of fulfilling their request, all without having to jump from one program to another, or having to call them every second to update them on progress. Even my teammates who do not deal with technology of this type in their daily lives can easily understand how to use Jira. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

So far it hasn't failed me in any aspect, so I maintain its score at 10/10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

It has helped me better manage requests addressed to me directly, allowing me to fulfill them within the estimated time frame, as well as helping me manage the tasks assigned to my team efficiently. What do you like best about Jira?

Unfortunately, I find it really difficult to come up with positive things about Jira.

I guess I'd say the benefits of the vast knowledge around the internet when encountering any issue, as well as a lot of (mediocre) features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jira?

To much!

1. The slowest feedback ever in a management product!

2. Bad search box (even when trying to write a query in SQL format) most of the time could not found what I looked for.

3. Moving tickets as a batch is not supported (WHY?!) so tedious to move each ticket at the time.

4. The UI looks so old and outdated.

What problems is Jira solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use it as the main Kanban board in my team, creating epics, tasks and bugs.

What do you like best about Jira?

The best part about Jira is that it works both for a single-player mode as well as a multi-player mode, which is why it is so powerful. Users sign up for individual use, but then get their whole team onto it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jira?

JIRA provides a lot of functionalities to collaborate and work together. The helps in tracking the progress of work and more importantly shows the ownership of the task/issue. It's easy to use and even a first-time user can learn it's functionality in the matter or hours. I use this product every day, cannot imagine how had work life would be without it.
