It's super easy to easy! I can easily go back to the meeting that happened a while ago and check what has been discussed. Lately, I've been using that to coach myself into better performer - this way I can provide better customer support to my customers. I like the new AI implementations. I'd like to have possibility to download transcript with different formats. Sometimes it messes up the order of the speakers. I'd love possible integration with Savio to pass feedback smoother! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jiminny is so easy to use, their customer support is so speedy as you instantly get connected to an agent, and they've released a number of helpful features this year (my favourite being AI writing summaries of the call and very clear actions - this really helps drive efficiency) . We also use Jiminny for internal call coaching and it's easy to leave feedback, review stats, and organise calls into clear playlists.

Overall, there's very little I dislike about Jiminny. As an end user, my only frustration is when the Jiminny <> Hubspot integration occasionally doesn't work and I can't have my call summary + notes in our CRM, Hubspot, to centrally manage everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I really enjoy the call summaries as it quickly allows me to see the key discussion and action points after each customer call.

As a CSO, I love how a tool can leverage both the best of technology whilst having an interface inspired by consumer products like netflix and spotify for userbility.

Always present on calls, whether you remember to record or not Jiminny will come in and record everything. It also transcribes your calls so you can look back on a call from a previous time and cover everything that was said. I use it on all my calls, multiple times a week.

I find Jiminny fantastic when it comes to preparing for and review previous calls. Being able to listen to specific sections of my calls and pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses has been extremely helpful in ensuring I am doing my job to the best possible standard. I like that Jiminny helps me to improve my customer conversations, it has helped me learn to slow down and ask more questions when it comes to discussions, they are also quick to improve anything where there may be any delays or issues. it intergrated into our day to day system usage really well and it is really simple and easy to use/understand Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having used a number of different tools for call recording across our business Jiminny is categorically the best option of them all. Its cost-effective, easy to use,
The customer support and onboarding from the team is fantastic. They walk you through all of the tool's elements but push you to use it to its fullest potential rather than just settle for the basics.
The AI functionality is incredibly focused and functional compared to others.
Has EU data hosting options.

There is nothing significant I have found.
