What do you like best about Jiminny?

- Their Customer Success service, they are very prompt with responses and personalized approaches.

- Transcription accuracy is getting better.

- Jiminny sidekick is an amazing and very convenient tool (inviting the notetaker to any meeting, logging the calls to CRM etc)

- The AI lacks some features or is lost in quality compared to other similar services (like sum-ups and no ability to discuss the call with AI within the app).

What do you like best about Jiminny?

It's super easy to easy! I can easily go back to the meeting that happened a while ago and check what has been discussed. Lately, I've been using that to coach myself into better performer - this way I can provide better customer support to my customers. I like the new AI implementations. What do you like best about Jiminny?

Jiminny is so easy to use, their customer support is so speedy as you instantly get connected to an agent, and they've released a number of helpful features this year (my favourite being AI writing summaries of the call and very clear actions - this really helps drive efficiency) . We also use Jiminny for internal call coaching and it's easy to leave feedback, review stats, and organise calls into clear playlists.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

Overall, there's very little I dislike about Jiminny. As an end user, my only frustration is when the Jiminny <> Hubspot integration occasionally doesn't work and I can't have my call summary + notes in our CRM, Hubspot, to centrally manage everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

I really enjoy the call summaries as it quickly allows me to see the key discussion and action points after each customer call.

As a CSO, I love how a tool can leverage both the best of technology whilst having an interface inspired by consumer products like netflix and spotify for userbility.

The playlists are my favorite along with easy customized snippets of video sharable to other members of the team, coaches or management. Seamless CRM integration streamlines workflow and reduces manual data entry, saving time and minimizing errors. Jiminny’s robust anaytics help decipher customer needs and preferences, leading to more personalized and effective sales strategies. What do you like best about Jiminny?

Always present on calls, whether you remember to record or not Jiminny will come in and record everything. It also transcribes your calls so you can look back on a call from a previous time and cover everything that was said. I use it on all my calls, multiple times a week.

Having used a number of different tools for call recording across our business Jiminny is categorically the best option of them all. Its cost-effective, easy to use,

The customer support and onboarding from the team is fantastic. They walk you through all of the tool's elements but push you to use it to its fullest potential rather than just settle for the basics.

The AI functionality is incredibly focused and functional compared to others.

Has EU data hosting options.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

There is nothing significant I have found.
