What do you like best about Jiminny?

I am new to my role, and have been using Jiminny to learn and upskill myself. I have used it to listen to calls, breakdown certain sections and reflect on my own perforamnce. What do you like best about Jiminny?

I love how more efficient I can be. Previously I was attending circa 20 client calls a week all with action points, follow-up notes and internal admin needing to be logged.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

The system is great at recording meetings via Teams, and very useful for watching back.

I like that there is a script summary I can follow when rewatching the meeting recording.

There have been instances where upon a meeting jiminny hasn't joined - which can take a while to add the original meeting link.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

I find it quite helpful as it eases the workload on a day to a day, it offers a tool for summarising calls which saves you that extra few minutes that could be spent creating more opportunuties. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

Sometimes it can be inaccurate, we had recently a colleague of mine having a racial slur in his summary!

Even though he did not say it, it also struggles to understand those who do not speak as they say 'Queens English', which could be something that could be improved, in addition the speed of data being colleced and transfered could be faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes my clients get a little weird about the "Notetaker" popping up on calls. However, this is a very minor issue and can easily be explained. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

I like how it lists out the action items and helps create a follow-up email to send. The summary is beneficial and how it automatically populates the summary into Hubspot speeding up the meeting follow-up, a really handy integration.

I use it on every customer meeting, and find it a beneficial addition.

I also like how easy it is to find specific sections in the meeting through the Themes.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

The AI summary feature is the most helpful part of the tool. When I'm short on time, I can pop in there and copy and paste the summary to use as a skeleton for my follow-up to prospects after the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before Jiminny, I would have to either take notes during a call, which would lead to me missing things, or try to remember everything important from the call.
