Jiminny’s AI-powered call analysis is a standout feature. The ability to quickly identify areas for improvement, from structure to tonality, has made our coaching more precise and actionable. The nudge feature is also incredibly helpful, allowing us to track the impact of training in real time and make ongoing adjustments. The platform’s efficiency has saved us countless hours by streamlining call reviews and making training more accessible for the entire team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Jiminny is incredibly useful, one area for improvement could be in the customisation of reports. Sometimes the data presentation feels a bit limited, and having more flexibility to tailor reports to our specific KPIs would be beneficial. However, whenever we feedback to Jiminny, their response is always positive and they take action to make modification requests really quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Jiminny helps our sales team level up their game! The conversation insights are super valuable, and the automated recording and transcription features save us so much time. Plus, the data-driven coaching tools make it easy to identify areas for improvement. The platform is really user-friendly, and the customer support team is always on point. Since using Jiminny, I've seen a boost in sales performance as I can easily coach the BDR's and my manager can coach me - and collaboration among our reps. It's been a game-changer for us! While I'm impressed with Jiminny overall, I wish it had more accurate transcription, reliable action item and speaker identification, and more advanced analytics capabilities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jiminy is very user friendly and easy to pick up. I can seach for key words and find calls relating to those words with ease. The information picked up by the AI is accurate and makes my life easier when listening to calls so that I can easily see where calls went well and where they didnt. The support by Jiminy is great and they are quick at getting back to you. I use Jiminy on a daily basis and can't say that I have enountered any issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Would like calls to appear on Jiminy a bit quicker sometimes so that I can listen to them more quickly and also would like phone numbers to link to accounts rather than having to search individual numbers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jiminny is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy for my team to adopt right away. The platform provides valuable insights that have helped us improve our sales performance significantly. The coaching frameworks are a standout feature, allowing us to tailor sessions to individual reps and focus on specific areas for improvement. Additionally, Jiminny’s flexibility has been a huge advantage, as we’ve been able to seamlessly adapt it to fit our existing sales training model. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The integration with Salesforce took longer than anticipated. While it does work as expected now, the setup process could be smoother. Additionally, the AI functionality is still evolving. It’s promising but needs more time to better understand the nuances of our conversations, such as specific tones and contextual elements we prioritize. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I’ll be honest - I was a bit apprehensive at first. Having been a Gong user for a while, I wasn’t sure if making the switch would be worth it. But it definitely was.
From day one, the implementation process was smooth and straightforward. Setting up integrations with Outreach and HubSpot was surprisingly simple, and I have to give a massive shoutout to Mike Thomas for his stellar support on the integrations side and Chloe Cross for her fantastic guidance from a Customer Success perspective. They both made what could have been a daunting process relatively simple.
The platform itself is incredibly user-friendly. It’s intuitive, easy to navigate, and the ability to embed Jiminny calls directly into other tools we use has been a game-changer.
The new AI features have also been a standout for me. They’re genuinely helpful, not gimmicky, and they make analysing calls and gaining insights far quicker and more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Like with most things, it wasn’t 100% perfect from the get-go. Initially, we had a few teething issues with Jiminny connecting to/joining our Google Calls. However, the team was incredibly proactive in resolving this, and once the Sidekick was up and running, it worked like a charm.
The only other thing I’d flag is a bit more niche. Because I was the admin who initially set up the Outreach integration, my account became linked to it. This was frustrating later on when I tried to remove my Outreach account (since I no longer needed it for my role) but still needed access to Jiminny. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it was a bit of an inconvenience that I had to work around.
All that said, the support from the Jiminny team has been top-notch throughout. They’ve been on hand to help resolve any hiccups along the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The ability to focus because I know the conversation is recorded and notes created. I can easily section parts for relevant team members after the call to get help or advice form devs etc.. Different types of notes and action points so that I can review risks or overall conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't really have anything bad to say, I started using it in 2020 and have seen it eveolve into something really powerful that is hard to beat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The set up was super easy, only took me 5 minutes!
The intellegent summaries of each call make it so easy to review, I'm constantly listening to calls.
Chloe has been super helpful in setting up the system and spent loads of time helping us figure out all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It would be great if you could leave voice and/or video feedback on calls. I feel like it would add a more personal touch to coaching through Jimminy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jiminny is an invaluable tool for sales teams looking to improve performance through data-driven insights and coaching. Its ability to analyze conversations in real time and provide actionable feedback is a major asset for any company wanting to boost its sales effectiveness. I use this on every meeting and it gives you the ability to really focus on your meeting and not scrambling to take notes. Also, their new enhancement of being able to leverage Jiminny for in-person meetings is also a welcomed game changer! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing I dislike, and might be user errors from our company is not automatically syncing to our SFDC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our company implemented Jiminny and in the first 2-3 months of using the product, Jiminny has saved an endless amount of time by helping to alert our team when and where to exert our energy. Jiminny's AI tool easily allows you to gauge interest and risk with clients and even provides a suggested email response to follow up with after calls. Jiminny can review email and call communication to provide risk levels prior to renewals. Also, our rep, Lauren, has been instrumental in the setup and training of the tool. She takes the time to understand our team's goals and help us implement the settings and alerts needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far I have loved the Jiminny alerts, which point me in the right direction regarding coaching our team or when to engage clients. I am still working to fine-tune these alerts to ensure I am spending time on the right deliverables. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jiminny can be a very useful and effective tool. However, you need to understand where and how you want to use Jiminney to help you. It is not a magic wand. But f you use the tools and features appropriately it can be a time saving and efficient tool.
As a user you have access to great insights and a click of a button grants you access to a lot of information. Having the tool synced t your email, calander and CRM can make a big difference in making the tool even more powerful and easy to use at the same time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
With all of its features, it can be overhelming. You need to have a plan and strategy as to how you will use and benefit from Jiminny. It will not autoamtically close deals for you. As a slaes person you still need to put in the work to listen to, and read the insights to gather intelligence on your sales opportunity. Which, back to the point, what do you I dislke about Jiminny? It can be too much all at once if you are not prepared on hwo to best implement a simple strategy to benefit from the tool.
It can be convenient to have Jiminny linked to your calendar and automatically join calls. But that can also be a distraction for clienits who are concerned about calls be recorded. I also find it sometimes "intrusive" to bring Jiminny into a call that is not one that I set up as an invite. It feels like if the customer sets up a call using their video conferenceing software, I was invited, nit my notetaking software. So I may be crossing aline adding or asking to invite Jiminny.
