The call listening and feedback options to provide support and assistance to the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the call listening and script feature switches the speaker which can be confusing sometimes Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I recently had the pleasure of using Jiminny, and I must say it has truly transformed the way I approach Calls. Jiminny is a comprehensive platform that seamlessly integrates various features to streamline and enhance the sales experience.
One of the standout features of Jiminny is its intuitive interface, which makes navigating the platform a breeze. The user-friendly design ensures that even those without extensive technical expertise can quickly adapt and utilize its powerful tools. The clean layout and well-organized menu options contribute to a smooth and efficient workflow.
What sets Jiminny apart is its advanced analytics and reporting capabilities. The platform provides detailed insights into customer interactions, allowing businesses to understand customer needs and preferences better. This data-driven approach enables companies to make informed decisions and tailor their support strategies for maximum effectiveness. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Cant delete vidoes as a user, this can be a pain! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Jiminny has transformed the team's day to day. One of the favourite things about Jiminny is the beauty of not needing to note take. I can focus on engaging with my client rather than having to jot things down. The transcript search makes it really easy for me to listen back and I love the stats! Overall, a great piece of tech that I'd highly recommend to any sales SaaS team! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only things that could be better is the transcript jumps back to where the live playing is rather than staying on a word I'm searching at the same time. For recording F2F meetings, the dictatioln can't pick up different voices very well. But htese are very small things. Other than that, I cannot thin of anything I dislike! Jiminny is so easy to use - check in advance that it will join your calls, or quickly add it (although it sometimes fails with Teams if you don't own the call).
Focusing on your call without worrying about taking notes has been quite liberating. I also love the ability to share snippets with other teams - product feedback quickly sent to Product or issues shown on calls directly sent to Support.
Referring back to questions, providing each other feedback, reflecting on who was most engaged on the call and identifying potential risks have allowed us to ramp up our game. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Such a shame that Jiminny does not work in other languages. As soon as we have a call in another language, we need to revert back to taking notes, etc. Ironic that the AI will still try and make up an analysis of your call though, I wish it just admitted it couldn't help. The similicity of integrating it into our processes. The solution is good for what it is. If you're looking for a recording tool, this does it brilliantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Its hard to find particular calls. The search returns back everything, which is good, but its hard to narrow down. So I'd suggest adding a few filters in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It represents the best of transcription intelligence and everything that flows therefrom. The AI implementation is really strong and there is just so much bundled into it that it caters to many functions, roles and objectives. I feel like there's more I can get from it as I continue to explore, even if what I'm already getting is incredibly valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The home tab could perhaps feel a little cluttered, but that's really just nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As an early adopter of this tool within our organization and daily user, I've become a true believer in its capabilities and a vocal advocate for its use.
The AI integrations are particularly impressive, representing a significant leap towards the future of client management. These features have dramatically expedited my follow-up process, generating thoughtful email drafts and comprehensive internal notes with remarkable efficiency. This time-saving aspect alone has made the tool invaluable to my daily operations.
This analytical component has been instrumental in helping me identify areas for improvement and capitalize on my strengths.
A standout feature that I've only recently discovered is the LIVE coaching functionality. During a particularly technical call, this feature proved its worth tenfold. My colleague was able to provide real-time assistance, helping me address complex questions with confidence and precision. This level of on-the-spot support is truly revolutionary in maintaining a high standard of client communication.
In conclusion, this tool has fundamentally transformed how I approach client interactions and manage my professional development. While there's always room for improvement, the benefits I've experienced make it an essential part of my daily toolkit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I'm still on the fence about the autoscore rating system – I believe human nuance in evaluations is crucial – I find the team insights feature incredibly useful. It provides me with actionable data to continually refine my approach and foster professional growth. This trade-off makes my qualm with the star a nominal footnote. --It's great that all calls are automatically reocrded when using Jiminny, and that most of the time they are uploaded quickly to the system. It also seems like there are a few cool development in terms of AI functionality to speed up the writing of follow up emails etc. although I haven;t had much of a chance to delve into these.
--I also really like the way you can integrate a call summary into SalesForce, so that you don't even need to leave the CRM to get an overview of the last meeting on an opportunity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
--t would be preferable if there wasn't a 'notetaker' which joined calls as it can sometimes confuse the people on the call.
--Sometimes the recordings take ages to upload, or the video is lost, or the notetaker doesn't join at all (no matter how many times you ask him!). These bugs aren't lifechanging and it's still a great tool, but obviously it would be better if it worked as expected 100% of the time.
--This is a silly one, but the marketing and in-app notifications seem very "Gen-Z" and trying to be 'down with the kids' - it seems unecessary to use so many emojis, capitalise words so often and use slang lingo. It would be more preferable to feel like it's a professional tool run by expereinced professional people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am new to my role, and have been using Jiminny to learn and upskill myself. I have used it to listen to calls, breakdown certain sections and reflect on my own perforamnce. It is easy to use and when i have not understood something i am able to go back and look at the transcript and key words etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
there is a lot of information, and it took me some time to learn all the different functions and buttons. It will take some time to learn it all and make the most of the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love how more efficient I can be. Previously I was attending circa 20 client calls a week all with action points, follow-up notes and internal admin needing to be logged.
Since working with Jiminny which was easy to setup I can focus on the client relationship element of my role and reduce the amount of admin time, without reducing the quality of my work and followup! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far nothing, it's giving me all I need to excel in my role. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
