What do you like best about Jiminny?

It's very intuitive and easy to navigate. Can quickly find what I need from a call and review on the spot. It's integration with Salesforce has been solid in comparison to similar tools I've used in the past. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

The AI functionality for meeting recaps can be a bit spotty from time to time. Helpful for internal use but not as helpful for external followups, shares, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

30-50+ meetings a week can be hard to keep track of everything that was said, or small details that weren't caught by physical note taking. What do you like best about Jiminny?

Helps me so much on summarizing and taking actions! The AI features has been amazing!

So nice and easy to show certain parts of meetings both externally and internally.

It´s hard to set up a good structure to get "buyin intent" and keywords. Especially as in Nordics there is boths swedish and english words used in the meetings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We all know the value of call recording software - so I won't get into those specific benefits. However, the speed at which the calls load makes me actually want to log in and quickly track through calls. We have found great value in being able to record meetings to make sure we are all on the same page, on top of action items and what was discussed. It has also been helpful to review demos and understand what was shown to the customer at the time of purchase so we can make sure we fulfill any and all commitments made during the sales process. What do you like best about Jiminny?

I love the AI tool which collates everything you discussed on a call into your follow up. This saves so much time and makes it easier to tailor moving forward as the bulk is done for you. It's also really helpful that the toll syncs up tp my calendar so all my calls automatically get Jiminny added. Chloe who did our training was really thorough and super engaged thoughout and even when I needed customer support yesterday they were really quick and helpful.
