What do you like best about Jiminny?

The Integration with hubspot allows my team to log calls into hubspot quickly helping us speed up our activity processing within the CRM. The ability to find calls and provide coaching live and after the fact has made it an invaluable tool within our arsenal and has given us a better understanding of our deals and where we can improve. On top of that the support is first class, right from technical support through to the customer success team and they always go the extra mile to make sure any problems are fixed as soon as possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

The transcribing can sometimes be a little inaccurate and that would be one area that would be great to approve. I know there is more reporting in the works around what makes a successful call for our business. Once this is in place than it would math some other products in the market place. Thirdly the reporting on who is speaking and when can be a little inaccurate as it appears to pick up background noise. A way of removing that would be amazing too.

Over and above this i would love for the team to add an email sequencing functionality just because then i would have it all in one place. This is definitely more wish fulfillment though Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Jiminny solving and how is that benefiting you?

Within the SDR function we have seen a 50% increase in number of meetings booked month to month as well as seeing an increase in meeting acceptance despite tougher qualification methods coming into play. What do you like best about Jiminny?

We implemented Jiminny in August 2024, and now I can't imagine my working day without it.

Although I wasn't directly involved in the implementation, I had the opportunity to join the Kick-Off meeting with Emilia Grigorova and Jamie George, and I can honestly say these two were exceptional. They were incredibly professional, engaging, and knowledgeable, and from the moment we hopped on the call, we were immediately hooked and eager to start using the tool.

Jiminny has proven to be a powerful resource that is now deeply integrated into our workflow, with numerous teams across the business relying on it daily. The summary emails sent after every call have become an essential part of our process, providing valuable insights that help drive our next steps. We’ve set it up so Jiminny is active in every call booked with a customer, and the user experience couldn’t be simpler or more seamless.

I’ve only had to raise one query with Customer Support, but they responded incredibly fast and were incredibly helpful in resolving the issue. It’s clear that Jiminny’s commitment to user experience extends beyond just the product itself, making it a tool I wouldn’t want to work without. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

Suggestions for improvement (not dislikes):

1. The video quality could be better, as it tends to appear blurry and lacks sharp detail. The resolution is relatively low, and while it can be adjusted when loading the video, it still doesn't become fully clear.

2. Jiminny remains in a meeting for approximately three hours, so for longer calls, it's recommended to remove and re-add Jiminny. However, this results in having two separate sets of data to review and share, would be useful if the time allowed on calls could be extended. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jiminny has significantly improved how we take notes and analyse calls to track risks and potential spend. It automatically captures and transcribes calls, making it easier to review key insights without missing details. What do you like best about Jiminny?

Jiminny has streamlined my note taking ability and brought it to the next level. No more individual notes, trying to scribble down information during meetings. Now is the time to take meaningful notes and actions after the fact. Jiminny keeps me organized, easily incorporates into my workflows and was a snap to set up (I didn't even have to do anything). We're required to take notes for every customer meeting, and ensure there are accurate follow up steps for us internally (with product) and externally (with stakeholders). What do you like best about Jiminny?

Our experience with Jiminny so far has been nothing short of fantastic. From the very first interaction with Tom, their CEO, it was clear we were in safe and capable hands. Tom’s approachable yet professional demeanor set the tone for the entire journey, and the rest of the team have delivered just as well. The sales process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly pressure-free. There was no hard sell. Jiminny let the value of its product speak for itself, which I really appreciated.

The trial period was equally impressive. We felt well-supported and guided throughout, with any questions promptly addressed by the team. The onboarding process has been a standout as well, with everything running seamlessly and efficiently. Nikhil, Lauren, and Harry have all been fantastic, offering expert guidance and ensuring we’re making the most of the platform from the start.

Now let’s talk about the product itself. Jiminny’s AI call software has quickly become an integral part of our Sales Team’s workflow. The insights it provides are already proving to be invaluable, helping us better analyse our calls and refine our approach. The team has embraced the platform wholeheartedly, and “Asking Jiminny” has become a go-to step for reviewing deals and gaining actionable insights!

What do you like best about Jiminny?

Having access to all the team's calls on demand is fantastic. Being able to dive into any call, at any time to review, train or recap is amazing. It's such a huge asset for new starters too, being able to give them fingertip access to all calls speeds up the training process.

All my team are remote, Jiminny makes coaching them so easy and also allows them to easily self-coach.

I love the Team Insights, where I can see all my team calls, numbers, and durations makes reporting and tracking on KPIs a breeze.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

There a few things I like about Jiminny. Starting with their 'Intelligence' section in the platform. It provides you with a very clear and concise summary followed by action items. AS someone who works in sales and speaks with multiple different prospects, this not only saves me so much time but also sets a clear direction on what needs to be actioned next. It has been very accurate so far. The 'Ask Jiminny' feature is also really good, if there is anything I need from the recording and want results super quick, I can simply ask in this section and it will give me super fast, direct and accurate responses.

The support team are also very quick in getting back to you and addressing your issues - I needed to download a recording on the app on the go, they assisted me with it right away.

Also think it's great how it joins calls with 'company name notetaker'. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

In most cases I do find the 'Auto score' being incorrect. For example, I will be having discussions to uncover the Economic Buyer or Competition, but it doesn't pick this up which leads to inaccurate scoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Helping me with note taking, allowing me to export specific snippets from a call to directly send over to the prospect without overwhelming them with the entire call recording, I can always look into the call in the platform and directly find what next steps need to be actioned, shows you how often specific key words were discussed, statistics on talking speed, listen ratio, patience, monologue - this is all super crucial for personal development as you can review the stats and compare to other calls.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

I really like the fact that so many languages are accurately transcribed and the ability to use AI prompts to write replies and the fact that you can use the AI to write out a summary depending on your sales methodology.

Its integrates into your CRM and other programs without problems and you will lean on the functions on a daily basis.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

It does what it's supposed to, and has great AI powered summaries and next actions. Having the ability to customize your own topics and themes into the tool provides a lot of additional value. We use it every day and have it linked to our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is less polished, and while setting it up you might encounter some things that need to be fixed by their engineering team. Their Customer Support is quick, and has thus far been able to solve this quite well. What do you like best about Jiminny?

I love using the snippets of my calls to share with my directors/peers, as we use call snippets frequently for training purposes. I also love using the analytics tool, to see where I can improve my conversations - in particular my talking speed and pauses between the client speaking and my response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Jiminny?

My only slight gripe is I find it hard to just have a list of all of my calls - is there a way I can do this? It can be a bit tedious having to constantly set the timeframe for the calls I want to search, instead of literally just having a list of every single one of my calls - can feel a little clunky sometimes

Also sometimes it doesn't automatically connect to my calendar, it's quite hard to work out how to do this myself and i need to get IT to fix it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Jiminny?

Very easy to use once properly set up. Using it daily for recording of calls and listening/reading transcripts.

The integration with HubSpot is decent. Needed to fiddle with it at the start, but once set up it works seemlessly.

Documentation is sometimes not so great, but talking via chat with Customer Support usually helps (not always though).

What do you like best about Jiminny?

Sometime, for a reason I don't know, Jiminny will be present in a call but won't actually record and save, saying "error". Jiminny is recording my conversations, which allows me to remeber the conversations I had, questions that were asked and actions that were agreed.
