Jiminny has streamlined my note taking ability and brought it to the next level. No more individual notes, trying to scribble down information during meetings. Now is the time to take meaningful notes and actions after the fact. Jiminny keeps me organized, easily incorporates into my workflows and was a snap to set up (I didn't even have to do anything). Our experience with Jiminny so far has been nothing short of fantastic. From the very first interaction with Tom, their CEO, it was clear we were in safe and capable hands. Tom’s approachable yet professional demeanor set the tone for the entire journey, and the rest of the team have delivered just as well. The sales process was smooth, transparent, and refreshingly pressure-free. There was no hard sell. Jiminny let the value of its product speak for itself, which I really appreciated.
The trial period was equally impressive. We felt well-supported and guided throughout, with any questions promptly addressed by the team. The onboarding process has been a standout as well, with everything running seamlessly and efficiently. Nikhil, Lauren, and Harry have all been fantastic, offering expert guidance and ensuring we’re making the most of the platform from the start.
Now let’s talk about the product itself. Jiminny’s AI call software has quickly become an integral part of our Sales Team’s workflow. Having access to all the team's calls on demand is fantastic. Being able to dive into any call, at any time to review, train or recap is amazing. It's such a huge asset for new starters too, being able to give them fingertip access to all calls speeds up the training process.
All my team are remote, Jiminny makes coaching them so easy and also allows them to easily self-coach.
I love the Team Insights, where I can see all my team calls, numbers, and durations makes reporting and tracking on KPIs a breeze.

There a few things I like about Jiminny. Starting with their 'Intelligence' section in the platform. It provides you with a very clear and concise summary followed by action items. AS someone who works in sales and speaks with multiple different prospects, this not only saves me so much time but also sets a clear direction on what needs to be actioned next. It has been very accurate so far. The 'Ask Jiminny' feature is also really good, if there is anything I need from the recording and want results super quick, I can simply ask in this section and it will give me super fast, direct and accurate responses.
The support team are also very quick in getting back to you and addressing your issues - I needed to download a recording on the app on the go, they assisted me with it right away.

In most cases I do find the 'Auto score' being incorrect. For example, I will be having discussions to uncover the Economic Buyer or Competition, but it doesn't pick this up which leads to inaccurate scoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like the fact that so many languages are accurately transcribed and the ability to use AI prompts to write replies and the fact that you can use the AI to write out a summary depending on your sales methodology.
Its integrates into your CRM and other programs without problems and you will lean on the functions on a daily basis.

It does what it's supposed to, and has great AI powered summaries and next actions. Having the ability to customize your own topics and themes into the tool provides a lot of additional value. We use it every day and have it linked to our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is less polished, and while setting it up you might encounter some things that need to be fixed by their engineering team. Their Customer Support is quick, and has thus far been able to solve this quite well. I love using the snippets of my calls to share with my directors/peers, as we use call snippets frequently for training purposes. I also love using the analytics tool, to see where I can improve my conversations - in particular my talking speed and pauses between the client speaking and my response Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only slight gripe is I find it hard to just have a list of all of my calls - is there a way I can do this? It can be a bit tedious having to constantly set the timeframe for the calls I want to search, instead of literally just having a list of every single one of my calls - can feel a little clunky sometimes

Very easy to use once properly set up. Using it daily for recording of calls and listening/reading transcripts.
The integration with HubSpot is decent. Needed to fiddle with it at the start, but once set up it works seemlessly.
Documentation is sometimes not so great, but talking via chat with Customer Support usually helps (not always though).

Sometime, for a reason I don't know, Jiminny will be present in a call but won't actually record and save, saying "error".
