I would highly recommend iVvy Venue Management Software to a friend or colleague. Having used it previously and now introducing it at my current workplace, I can confidently say that the team at iVvy is fantastic. The sales manager Weven has been amazing, and the ongoing building and training sessions with Meghann are quite impressive. Meghann, in particular, is an absolute star! Her efficiency and support have made the transition, implementation and intergration smooth and seamless. While I don’t have any dislikes about iVvy Venue Management Software, one minor area for improvement could be the occasional need for more detailed user guides for some advanced features. I love how user friendly IVvy is, it was very easy to ajust to using it as a daily CRM tool that flows and integrates with our extranet and hotel operating systems. I love how quickly a prospective lead can be built and generated. The customer support team is amazing as well and quick to respond and reach out when putting in a request, which I appreciate. An adjustment I would love to see is being able to more seemlessly adjust and create new contract templates in the system. Any time we need to make an adjustement to our existing property specific contract templates we have to reach out and have a member of Ivvy update. While it isn't a major or often needed item, it would be a lot more conveninet to be able to update on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We upgraded several of our systems (hotel and venue) from Opera to Ivvy and another hotel system. These upgrades happened at the same time and the difference between Ivvy's onboarding experience and the other software was night and day. Dave was incredible. He was engaging, helpful and easy to understand. The time flew by and the training was incredibly comprehensive.
Once we implimented the system we were incredibly impressed with the customer service. Any questions were answered quickly. However, the system is incredibly user friendly and questions/issues have been extremely rare.
Our only regret is that we didn't switch sooner. The experience has not only been amazing for our staff it has also been a smoother experience for our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to have the option to have BEOs and estimates signed electronically. Also the e-signature for contracts is frustrating for clients. They would like to just be able to type their name and have it sign like most e-signature software or be able to use their pencils on their ipads but that doesn't seem to work either. We have just migrated from Ungerboeck/Momentus and the support we have received from Ivvy during this time has been incredible! Ivvy seems to make everything so simple - the sales process all the way to planning our BEO's. It has been an easy transition and we are very happy we have made the change.
