Itilite has an easy to use screens, with good response time and a simple workflow. For travels, it provides a range of flight and accomodation options for convenience. It is integrated to our intranet with single signon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Approval matrix for flight is ACTUALLY as below
1. Get flight booked: Get it approved from two layers of approval
2. After getting both approvals get approval on email as flight price has increased
(Point is if you need extra approvals for upward revision of price of flight tickets, do you give the benefit when there is a downward revision of prices?)
3. Why no corporate tie ups to get free meal onboard flights
Hotels And Accommodations:
Worst part of this: You display the worst possible choice of hotels
Over the past year I have had gotten hotels allocated that never existed
Allocation done to a hotel that never knew Itilite, apparently you had booked it via Travelguru
You purposely do not provide options for Bloomrooms even though they are the best budget hotels in Bengaluru. Your search purposely puts up more expensive and less quality hotel in searches. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My initial flight booking, unfortunately, became unavailable after payment was already processed. This led me to book an alternative flight, resulting in another deduction from my account. It would be beneficial to have a preventive system for such occurrences. I personally like the snapshot of all booking options, rates, and being able to drill down to time of day on my flight options. It's handy that all my travel details and memberships are saved, which makes for a quick and easy checkout process. The customer support is fast, friendly and accurate.
