To be completely honest I don't have a single thing I like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not all hotels are available
Time consuming and confusing platform. A 3 minute booking previous through Marriott now takes significantly longer bc of this platform
More expensive then using Marriott app
Not all rooms have points and some hotels don't have points options
Mobile check does not work as itilite provides a credit card for holding reservation that is not yours. This lead to an hour plus check in process at hotel as they cancelled my reservation as itilite credit card declined. I also can't check in mobile and bypass the desk bc of this.
Confusing cancellation policies. Asks you to please contact support for more information. This takes 30 minutes or more for clarification. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
