We like the simplicity of its interface, it is easy to use, both at the administrator and standard user level.
The implementation is very fast, in a few minutes you already have a platform ready to use with the colors and logo of our organization.
It has quite robust support, 24/7, which can be contacted through various channels. And it is easy to integrate with other external systems such as video conferencing, CRM, catalog course platforms, etc.
It has frequent updates, both minor and updates that add some major function.

La implementación es muy rápida, en pocos minutos ya tienes una plataforma lista para usar con los colores y logo de nuestra organización.
También, tiene un soporte bastante robusto, 24 horas al día, 7 días a la semana, al que se puede contactar a través de varios canales. Y es fácil de integrar con otros sistemas externos como videoconferencias, CRM, plataformas de cursos de catálogo, etc.

That cannot be customized at a deeper level, for example, the layout cannot be modified, although it is understood that said customization is sacrificed for the sake of a more intuitive interface.
Something we don't like is that the technical support is in English, although they do not agree that it is only in English and they make an effort to also understand in Spanish.

iSpring has been a great way to get our training all in one place and keep track of user's progress toward their goals. We use the quiz features to track our team member's understanding of crucial concepts. It was easy to set up users and get everyone logged in from their mobile devices. Technical support has been qiuck to respond but most of the features are intuitive and we were able to get set up without much help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The one issue we face is many of us are Mac users and the powerpoint heavy tools are wasted on us. There have some great deck buildign features but you can't utilize them wihout ppt. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
After evaluating 5 or 6 different LMS's out in the industry, we chose iSpring because of it's ease of use and admistration, iSprings affordable price, and their customer support! I was just on a chat with iSpring help and they stayed on while I had to take another meeting and were there when I got back! This is unheard of aned wonderful! I'm responsible for directing the first-time implementation of an LMS in my organization and I couldn't be happier with my choice of iSpring Learn. The platform is full of well-designed intutive features and sports a great look and feel, which facilitates the iSpring learning curve. The one-on-one coaching/implementation support package we purchased as an add-on is proving valuable direction and integration. I anticipate enthusiastic adoption of iSpring Learn once we've rolled out the first iteration of courses. It's going to give our training department a tremendous lift. iSpring Learn has enabled us to combine courses for all of the different departments within our company. We are working on increasing utilization in the Learn LMS, but with all the propietary classes that we have, it has been increasing. In the past, I have shared this sentiment with other prospective users who found that to be a con in other systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
iSpring Learn has a great deal of functionality, but there are some features that regularly get added that do not meet the needs and ideas that have been brought to them by administrators that utilize the entire Suite of products. I do believe that there should be some form of integration between all of the Suite products - like moving a course directly from Cloud to Learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It has allowed a small company like mine to provide similar services to large companies.
In addition, there are no hidden costs. It allows me to focus on making high-value content. Very flexible.
