Saves a lot of time as we no longer have to chase people down to complete training. Users get email links where you can set reminders. The reporting is a bit confusing. There are either too many options/filters or not enough. Hard to determine which report is useful for the information desired. The creation of courses is easy. I can upload and drag/drop each one in order... or move them around as I edit. I love the different reports that can be pulled. There is easy access for all of our team. I have had the customer support team help me to understand how some items are showing up and it helped me to understand how user friendly it really is. As a creator, I can create. As the learners log on, they can easily see what their next steps are. Tracking the training process is helpful as well as users leaving commentary or requests. You really do need to have a training meeting with their IT team in order to be able to fully use the platform. I tried to set up groups and teams on my own and it became pretty messy since I didn't really know what I was doing. There are videos you can watch (which I did) but it was hard to fully understand. iSpring Learn has been so easy to learn how to use, and it was quick to implement! There are so many different ways to use it, we use it for the traditional e-learning courses and the management of training. But we also use it as a replacement to company wide emails. iSpring can be a bit redundant when you have both ispring suite and ispring learn. I create the courses and want to set all of the rules within the course, but I can only do some of it from within ispring suite, and have to also do it when publishing the course in ispring learn. I reviewed literally 24 other LMS options prior to settling with iSpring. All of them do the basics well enough, but iSpring has the bonus of the Knowledge Base and a handful of other handy tools that I didn't see advertised. A news/announcements feature, employeed reivew and coaching tool, org chart that doubles as a company directory. Plus a solid mobile app to boot. We slowly transitioned from paper quizzes and new hire onboarding to iSpring LMS and has made the whole process a lot easier for everyone involved. It is simple and intuitive in design and makes keeping track of 110+ Employees and all of their training a lot easier to manage. Also love the addition of the 360 Appraisal. I can't find a good way for employees to fill out forms and sign off on documents. We currently use Docusign, but it would be the perfect setup if we could have something like that integrated into the program. I've tried a few options with quizzes and knowledge checks, but it isn't perfect and would confuse the employees. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One of the standout aspects of iSpring is the simplicity for teachers. Very easy to use and if you're stuck there are so many tutorials to guide you through. The interaction options works extremely well when trying to create engaging e-learning courses. I also find the live chat option on the website so helpful as there have been a lot of times I've been stuck or not known how to fix an issue and they have helped resolve this on numerous occasions. I feel like there could be more to offer, in terms of creation. There have been times where I've been limited in what I want to achieve out of some training courses however it is always put forward to their developers to look into for the future. I also dislike if you have to edit a course and delete it off iSpring Learn then the records of all the people associated to that course are swiped and there's not a way of retrieving the information, however overall it is a great addition! iSpring is really easy to figure out, and I'm impressed by all the tutorial videos for anything I can't get a handle on. Their customer support team is always available and, for the most part, very friendly. Also, it helps our courses to look really polished, which is important for our clients. I feel like there's a lot of underdeveloped potential for the product. It's like there's so many cool ideas, but they don't work across the whole of the system, or they only do half of what you would like. iSpring feels like a new system, even though it's been around a while. 1. The translation tool not implemented in the system. here you need to subscribe for to another party. 2. The implementation is very fast, in a few minutes you already have a platform ready to use with the colors and logo of our organization.

That cannot be customized at a deeper level, for example, the layout cannot be modified, although it is understood that said customization is sacrificed for the sake of a more intuitive interface.
Something we don't like is that the technical support is in English, although they do not agree that it is only in English and they make an effort to also understand in Spanish.
