iObeya Pros and Cons

The thing I know that iObeya does best is to improve team engagement when working together in a session. From running brainstorming meeting to strategic workshops, the visual workspace maintains discussions interactive, and the participants focused. I mean the ability to discuss with virtual sticky notes and diagrams to grasp the idea easier and to track progress over time. It has made so much of a difference in ensuring that remote and hybrid teams are equally involved in planning and in making decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is one of the things which can be frustrating with iObeya, that some interactions in fast paced discussion feel less intuitive. The process isn’t always as smooth as expected during the quick updates and rearranging elements of a board. This can get the flow of meetings underway especially if many people are trying to add in at the same time. Les principaux inconvénients de Iobeya sont qu'il n'y a pas énormement de place pour mettre toute les informations qu'on aimerait et il est compliquer de bien visionner les tableau qu'on essaye d'insérer dans les différents onglets puis les informations que l'on ajoute sont souvent mal structurer malgres le fait qu'on essaye de réajuster cela et pour finir les tableau deja mis en place sur la session iobeya sont complique a remettre lorsque cela est fait de manière accidentelle. A tool perfectly suited for the digitalization of AIC. Allows for the monitoring of KPIs, the identification of gaps through visual management, the formalization and tracking of actions. The tool is also very relevant for project tracking, with planning, flow diagrams, and action plan monitoring.
