## iObeya Reviews
  ### 1. Remote workshops and strategy sessions are for me finally easier to manage

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jim S. | Project Planning Manager, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 10, 2026

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

My favorite feature of iObeya is the way it enables team work to be real in a distant team. I apply it on a daily basis to map project ideas, monitor progress and implement strategy sessions. To keep the priorities visible, the features of visual boards, interactive sticky notes and exporting the sessions assist the team. We also combine it with Microsoft Teams to make sure that everyone could stay on track by displaying the updates related to boards in channels in real time.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

One weakness that I have observed with iObeya is that it is sometimes hard to manage numerous boards with big projects. There are times in our workflow when we need to switch between boards, which is a slowing mechanism of the discussion or planning process.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our team, iObeya addresses the challenge of keeping remote collaboration structured. Previously, managing projects meant juggling multiple files, messages, and notes. With the platform, we can visualize tasks, track progress, and run planning sessions efficiently. Frequent use of boards, color coded notes, and export features keeps priorities visible and improves productivity during collaborative meetings.

  ### 2. It has effective visual management for manufacturing environments

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Larry P. | Cybersecurity and planning manager, Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

My greatest benefit is that iObeya strengthens the consistency of our management practices. I use it on daily basis in production and follow ups of projects and the structured boards compel individuals to come prepared. Its list of functions allows us to delegate duties efficiently and record the decisions at a single location. The frequency of use is high across the departments hence has enhanced meeting discipline. We also associate it with Microsoft Teams that helps keep the conversation on track during remote sessions.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

One of the disadvantages that I could identify is that the platform has a lot of features, and new users do not always know where to begin. In the implementation of our logistics unit, the adoption was slow as compared to the expected. As we depend on it every day, these little rubs will add. The ability to adjust the elements in boards may require more steps than I would like, and this sometimes interrupts a conversation. This has influenced the productivity in the rush operation reviews.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iObeya assists us in resolving inter office communication problems between remote and on site employees. The frequency of use by the same visual boards in each session ensures that the discussions stay on track despite the site of operation. The features enable us to relate strategic objectives to day to day activities and this would explain priorities. Consequently, my co-workers feel more involved as expectations are evident. It has enhanced trust and minimized commonality in cross functional meetings.

  ### 3. Efficient digital boards with clear visual collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tim B. | Process improvement manager, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 22, 2026

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

My favorite part is that iObeya does not create any confusion because it promotes our everyday coordination. I am in logistics of an online shopping company, and I use it regularly to delegate working processes and team objectives. The features that are offered in visual collaboration keep us focused. The adoption was successful, and we coupled it with Teams and Jira to make the flows of updates between the tools easy. It is easy to use, thus making meetings more organized and fruitful than ever.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

I am most concerned that the process of becoming an iObeya user was more difficult than I expected. The additional internal training was needed to implement it, and the lack of ease of use was not completely present. The features are powerful, but some gaps in the customization of the features had a negative impact on capturing niche processes. It integrates with our current tools, but there are some instances of delays that have become frustrating as we have to have it on a regular basis to update the leadership.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In my case, iObeya provides the solution to the issue of project tracking transparency. I was required to have a tool that would help visualize dependencies as an e-commerce operations lead. With the addition of Azure DevOps and Teams, the information is fed into our boards. This implementation involved planning, which was offset by the fact that when it was adopted, we used it more often as people realized its value relatively quickly. It enhanced responsibility and less confusion in the daily stand-ups.

  ### 4. Clear structure for group workshops

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ignazio C. | Lead project manager, Automotive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

The thing that I would appreciate most about iObeya is the fact that it transforms collaborative sessions into structured visual experiences. I apply it in day to day workshop and project planning and it is used to bring everyone to the same page. I particularly enjoy the convenience with which one can organize ideas, rank tasks, and have related concepts interconnected visually. With time, it has enhanced the way our team is talking about initiatives in a way that is quicker in decision making and more purposeful in discussions.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The thing I dislike about iObeya is that a user may find it cumbersome when handling many boards at the same time in the event that there are numerous projects being run. The swaps between boards occasionally result in minor faults or lack of updates. In my work, this at times causes the repetition of the same notes or a little confusion in follow-ups, slows the progress when it is especially busy and necessitates additional focus to ensure that nothing slips through.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iObeya helps to resolve the issue of unsystematic brainstorming and disjointed discussions. It offers a graphic room that is easily accessible by all, and this keeps work within track and decisions transparent. In my case, it will minimize the need to explain unnecessarily, enhance cooperation, and avoid the situation when crucial ideas or efforts are lost. Everyday operations become more relaxed, and conferences are more efficient and business oriented.

  ### 5. Planning boards in our company is finally clean!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariella C. | Production manager, Graphic Design, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 01, 2026

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

I am a big fan of iObeya that simplifies visual work, particularly when working remotely. I will be able to make virtual boards which will be identical to our physical kanban boards and project boards and it can be integrated with such tools as Jira and Trello to automatically synchronize tasks. The drag and drop interface makes it a simple process of arranging the workflows and the ability to have all the projects on a single page keeps the team on track. It has become my everyday planning and team building center.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The negative thing is that there are boards that become slow when there is too many objects or large diagrams. This at times has led to slight inconveniences during peak periods. There is also no mobile experience as smooth as a desktop, and this makes it difficult to make quick updates on the go. These restrictions at times interfere with the working process when we have to work together in real time or look at some huge boards during meetings.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iObeya helps to address the issue of dispersed information and disintegrated teams. It allows everybody to add to a shared visual workstation, therefore the planning, retrospectives and brainstorming would be quicker and more definitive. In the past, we have taken time to make some notes prior to emails and meetings, and it is apparent that projects are currently being pursued with reduced confusion. It has enhanced team engagement and communication which has made the daily tracking of projects and cooperation in teams much easier and efficient.

  ### 6. Visual planning for distributed teams

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nicoletta S. | Quality improvement coordinator, Printing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 17, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

The experience that I particularly like about iObeya is the feeling as though we were having the same meeting room, even when we are all remote. My team is also using it to plan and map out project phases and it easily complements what we already have in Microsoft 365. When we see everything laid out in front of us, we can clearly comprehend conversations, and we do not get lost. It has made me more grounded when the planning processes get intensive.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The biggest problem I have with iObeya is that it is so simple to clutter up a board when several of my teammates are going to work on it. It has us in a stack of notes before we can seemingly do anything about it. To do that cleanup in a tight deadline is a longer process than I would prefer and it disrupts our rhythm. It is not a big issue, but it creates an inconvenience in the process of ensuring fluidity when things are moving on.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iObeya addressed a significant part of the chaos that we would otherwise encounter during planning. There were many times that we would have ideas scattered all over and it would be difficult to follow up. With all things in the same location, discussing and making decisions are more fluent and faster. It has been able to keep my colleagues connected and saved a lot of back and forth. My personal daily life is becoming easier because I do not see everything being scattered any more.

  ### 7. Reliable program for project tracking boards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Moe H. | Innovation Strategy Lead, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 07, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

I like the fact that iObeya keeps the team on track when planning and discussing projects. Its implementation process was also smooth, and the feature list is in line with the way we actually carry out workshops. I can say that I use it on a frequent basis. The customer service has never been slow in responding, and this gives me confidence whenever I require some clarifications when I am in an active session.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The first weakness I observe in iObeya is that boards may be overloaded in case too many individuals are using them simultaneously. Layouts are also altered unpredictably by the implementation of new features thus slowing me down in the middle of an active session. That may influence the frequency of utilization of larger meetings. Whenever I contact customer support, it is not that difficult, yet such minor distractions introduce additional procedures in my workflow.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The plans and cooperation that iObeya mended on our behalf is the fragmented style of it. The structure did not disrupt the everyday operations, and the functionalities fit very well in the way the team exchanges the ideas and monitors the progress. We apply it on a frequent basis since it introduces order in brainstorming and project meetings. Customer care responds promptly to queries when necessary and this makes it more convenient to count on them when workshops are hectic or when there is a deadline to meet.

  ### 8. Transforms Marketing Collaboration with Powerful Strategy and KPI Tools

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anita P. | Operations Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

For my marketing strategy work, I really like iobeya. Some of our team members work from home, while others work from the office. Before iobeya, we had to keep all of our plans in separate emails, Excel sheets, and PowerPoint files. It was a big mess.
We now have one "digital room" for marketing.
Strategy Cascade: The best thing is to link our strategy to our work. I put all of our main Marketing OKRs on one board. Next, we link these OKRs to our campaign plans and kanban boards. Everyone knows why they are doing their job.
Dashboards for Key Performance Indicators The Power BI integration is great. I connect our campaign data, and we see live KPIs (leads, CPL, traffic) inside our iobeya room. You don't need to check ten tools.
Structure: It has more structure than other whiteboard tools. It feels professional and is great for running big projects and weekly review meetings.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

There are two or three things I don't like.
This is the main issue: customer support. Support takes a long time. Support is only by email. We had one problem with integration, and it took three days to get a good answer. For a tool we use every day, not having live chat is very bad.
Not for Creatives: My design team isn't happy. They say it's "not like Figma or Miro." It doesn't work well for mood boards, brainstorming, or mapping out a customer's journey. The templates are very "lean" and business-like, not for creative marketers. It feels a little stiff.
Cost: The website doesn't make it clear how much things cost. We needed to talk to the sales team. It feels quite costly, maybe too much for small teams.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem we solved was getting our remote team on the same page. Before, no one was sure what the most important thing was. We had a lot of meetings just to check in on things.
Now, thanks to iobeya, everyone can see the whole marketing plan in one place. I make a board for our main plan for the next six months. After that, we used Kanban to connect boards for each campaign (SEO, Content, Paid Ads).
The benefit is very big. We save a lot of time. Our meetings once a week go faster. I just open our iobeya room, check the KPI dashboard, and move the cards around. We can see who is doing what and if we are on track to reach our goals. It has cut down on confusion and a lot of pointless emails.

  ### 9. iObeya Makes Tracking KPIs and Team Collaboration Effortless

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anant K. | Sales Development Representative, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

In my position as a Sales Development Representative, my job is simply to book meetings. The sales manager recently introduced the team to a platform called iObeya, and I enjoy using the platform for our meetings each day in the morning.
We created a room in iObeya specifically for people in the Sales Development team, and the manager has built out an area that includes a large scoreboard that lists all of our KPIs. It means that I can quickly see my name, the number of calls I have made, emails sent, meetings booked that week, etc. I like the presentation of the information in this format much more than our previous way of tracking it in a spreadsheet. It is a much clearer way to track how I feel about my performance and the work I am doing.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Okay, so the thing that bugs me most about iObeya? It feels like just one more thing piled on top of all the other stuff I'm already doing. I'm in sales, so I live in Salesforce, Salesloft, and LinkedIn every day. My boss will sometimes ask me to change the iObeya board, but I’ve already typed all that info into Salesforce. Doing it twice gets old fast, mostly since the Salesforce sync is hit or miss. Honestly, It would be great if anything new I put in my CRM just showed up on the iObeya card like magic. Having to do the same work twice is what gets to me most.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iObeya really helps us deal with our remote team setup. Back when we were all in the same office, we used big whiteboards to watch our sales. Since we're now in different cities, iObeya is kinda like our online whiteboard. It's cool because everyone can easily see that I'm hitting my goals, and my boss knows where I am with everything. Our daily meetings are now quicker and get right to the point. We just look at the board, check numbers, pass on good news, and then get back to work. We don't have to sit through super long meetings now. It really keeps our team on the same page.

  ### 10. Improves virtual meeting session with productive digital whiteboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stefy Y. | Regional project lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 22, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

iObeya simplify collaboration process for virtual meeting, using digital whiteboard on brainstorming meeting session make it easy to pitch ideas, team can work together and edit the shared whiteboard in real-time, wherever they are, they see the same info on the canvas. There is endless creation possibility that can be create on the canvas, adding different shapes, graph, or doodles is available.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The only thing that they need to improves are the customer support channel and respond time. Now, they only provide for email support which take forever for customer support agent to reply for email support. A phone call support channel is a good choice for customer that need instant solution and talking to real human.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coordinating and collaboration platform for hybrid team that work offsite and at the office, seamless operation, no complex integration, everyone on the team connect and communicate easily on one platform.

  ### 11. Perfect Digital Whiteboard for Remote Teams and Seamless Sprint Planning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vishwas M. | Graphic Designer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

As a graphic designer, I use iObeya with my team during meetings. I appreciate that it serves as a large digital wall, much like our office whiteboard but accessible on the computer. Since our team works remotely, this feature is especially useful. We can organize all our project cards, sticky notes, and tasks together in one virtual room.

iObeya works well for our weekly sprint planning sessions. The project manager adds all the tasks, and I can easily move my design task card from 'To Do' to 'In Progress' and then to 'Review.' This way, everyone can see what I am working on, and we avoid sending numerous emails. We also use the platform for brainstorming, and using digital sticky notes makes it simple to share ideas. Another advantage is that it connects with Jira, which our developers rely on, making it even more convenient for our workflow.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

To start, this is not a design tool. I can't do my actual design work here, nor can I properly review designs. It's nothing like Figma or Miro. Instead, it seems geared more toward tracking, almost like a factory workflow. The platform feels tailored for 'Lean' and 'Agile' managers rather than creative professionals.

Sometimes, it feels a bit slow, and locating older boards can be confusing. The interface isn't very intuitive for someone with a creative background; it comes across as quite corporate and highly structured. Additionally, I haven't found many templates suited for creative tasks, such as mood boards or customer journey maps—most options are business charts.

For a small team, I think this tool is excessive. We also couldn't find clear pricing information, and my boss had to contact a salesperson. It seems quite expensive to me.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main challenge iObeya addresses for us is managing projects with a remote team. Previously, we depended on numerous spreadsheets and emails, which made it difficult to keep track of everything. With iObeya, we now have a centralized platform where we can easily view the status of all our projects.

I find it especially useful because I can visually demonstrate my progress to my project manager and the marketing team. They can see my card move as I complete tasks, which keeps everyone informed. For major campaigns, we lay out all the necessary steps on a single, large iObeya board, ensuring the whole team stays aligned. This has reduced confusion and cut down on meetings that were only held to ask about project status. While iObeya is excellent for organizing work, I’ve found it’s not particularly designed for the creative aspects of our projects.

  ### 12. Various possibilities to create visual management, excellent digital whiteboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pirzah I. | Network IT, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 21, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

iObeya provide and endless possibilities with its visual management, create design for graph, showing latest data update, and collaborate in brainstorming session with remote colleagues. Easy canvas to edit or adding various digital assets like picture, graph or agile project management workflows to help other users to understand the workflow.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Slow customer support, only email support medium is available, no other channel. A live chat customer support will provide instant support, no waiting time of 3-4 days to get respond.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visualizing data in graphic medium has better acceptance from users, easier to understand performance data in quick glance than raw data in spreadsheet.

  ### 13. Practical collaboration and excellent service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Livia R. | THRR, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 10, 2025

Build visual reps for data performance, easy dashboard navigation, information collaboration with team and outside the team. High security standard ensure data and information is secure, prevent issues like data leakage.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Lack access from mobile phone devices, the data fonts is too small that isn't suitable to be viewed on small screen like phone or phone tablet.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Integration with Jira ensure data presented is in real-time, accurate data is very important in decision making. Enhance collaboration, easy access for user that is using Microsoft Teams and Jira at the same time.

  ### 14. dynamic overview

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

i like the UX, they spend good effort in intuitive user interface,

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

minimal focus on purposeful strategic setting; more tactical operation focus

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

performance management, setting the transparent leading & lagging KPIs and sharing progress

  ### 15. We're finally getting our ideas out of our heads and into iObeya

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin M. | Project visualization specialist, Civic & Social Organization, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

Our team connects better through iObeya regardless of physical location. Our ability to work together through the shared whiteboard tool lets us make project plans instantly without physical office space barriers. The virtual whiteboard lets everyone in the team work together at the same moment. Our team finds it simple to see their brainstorming results because of sticky notes and shapes that help them create visual concepts. Our work pace gets faster because we do not need different tools to plan and think creatively. The system connects to Jira and Confluence tools to maintain everything in a single platform.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The device's delay to sync data becomes a frustrating problem. Our screens may not show the latest changes made by users at their side which causes confusion. While it does not ruin the experience it remains an aspect that needs enhancement.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our group meetings without iObeya were unmanageable. Our team wasted many hours attempting to keep track of our work while remaining disorganized. Our entire work is now available in a single location and we can quickly identify our tasks. The system serves as our main location to access project details. Our team benefits greatly from using tools to build and distribute diagrams and flowcharts. Our team previously needed long periods to explain processes through email and meetings.

  ### 16. Accompany the teams in their use of iObeya

Visual management
Simple and quick to use
Save QCD letter data

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Difficulties in managing action plans
Difficult tracking of room usage as a user

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saving QCD data allows for KPI tracking even after several months

Easy access for everyone from their desk, no need to go to a physical room

  ### 17. Meetings in our company feel more productive with this tool

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clive M. | Continuous improvement manager, Architecture & Planning, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

The thing I know that iObeya does best is to improve team engagement when working together in a session. From running brainstorming meeting to strategic workshops, the visual workspace maintains discussions interactive, and the participants focused. I mean the ability to discuss with virtual sticky notes and diagrams to grasp the idea easier and to track progress over time. It has made so much of a difference in ensuring that remote and hybrid teams are equally involved in planning and in making decisions.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

It is one of the things which can be frustrating with iObeya, that some interactions in fast paced discussion feel less intuitive. The process isn’t always as smooth as expected during the quick updates and rearranging elements of a board. This can get the flow of meetings underway especially if many people are trying to add in at the same time. It would be nice if there were more discretion on the fly, making adjustments without interrupting the discussion.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The structure of iObeya enabled us to eliminate a lot of miscommunication between teams by helping us have a clearer structure for planning and discussions. As opposed to relying upon verbal updates from all around or scattered notes, we now have something to locate information in a method that is sensible for all. It has eased up the confusion, and helped projects get to go further with less back and fourth.

  ### 18. IObeya Safran ED

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

IObeya: ability to conduct management meetings between people at different sites
Flexibility of customizable backgrounds
Animation of something

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

I want more options to import/export progress indicators related to post-its. For the administration of the platform, I would like to have more options like exporting the list of room administrators.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems resolved: coordination of teams spread across different sites
Benefits: achieving a team atmosphere, solidarity. Over time, one almost forgets the distant aspect.

  ### 19. Iobeya helps us gain visibility

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

Iobeya is a very effective solution that allows us to have a live global view of the different activities of the company.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

I have nothing to criticize about the solution, it is adopted by all the teams.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Visibility on each person's actions

  ### 20. A pleasure to collaborate

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Aviation & Aerospace | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 06, 2025

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

The QCD module allows for easy information and data exchanges to set up. It allows for a wide range of creation. Its numerous features allow the software to be used to its fullest potential.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

I will say that all the modules should be separate and that there should be no possibility of running the two together.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accessibility to information easily. Now there is no more searching for where the information or project advancements are, everything is gathered in one digital place.

  ### 21. Huge possibility for creation and management

**Reviewed by:** Miroslav B. | Coordinateur lean et methodes, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 18, 2021

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Logistics and Supply Chain | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

I really like the fact that there are multiple supports for each theme we address.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

The main disadvantages of Iobeya are that there is not much space to put all the information we would like, and it is complicated to properly view the tables we try to insert in the different tabs. Additionally, the information we add is often poorly structured despite our attempts to adjust it. Finally, the tables already set up in the Iobeya session are difficult to restore when they are accidentally altered.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For now, we haven't had any direct problems to resolve directly with iobeya.

Relatively intuitive interface, didn't take me long to get the hang of how to use the applicaton. Good integrations.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Can be slow and clunky at times. There will be times where things take a while to load and are unresponsive. There should be more keyboard shortcuts (e.g. for resizing). I also wish data from boards could be exported in a more consumable manner so that reports can be built easier.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

  ### 44. Excellent performance metric visualization using iObeya

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maxwell S. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2023

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

I like how simple the program is. In my role, the QDC feature is used most commonly; everything about the program is laid out in a very easy-to-understand way that users can pick up quickly, which is very useful to me when teaching my colleagues how to use the program. It also helps that several online resources are available on iObeya's resource center.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

My main gripe with the program is that it has a bit of trouble scaling up with several rooms across a large organization like Sanofi. Sometimes thumbnails don't update quickly, and bugs pop up requiring a page refresh. That said, I know the team is working on it, and I have seen some of my previous issues fixed in 2023.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iObeya is our primary way of visualizing our performance metrics at out +QDCI meeting. It is also used for information cascading throughout the business. It helps us to link our actual performance metrics together to have a more cohesive site strategy.

**Official Response from Marilyne De Beaunay:**

> Thank you for your positive review of iObeya! We're glad you find the solution simple and easy to understand, especially the QDC feature. We appreciate your feedback about scalability and bugs, and we're actively working to improve performance. It's great to hear that iObeya helps visualize performance metrics and facilitates information cascading, supporting a cohesive site strategy.
Thank you again for your support!

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2023

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

They are interesting that you can create your visual management and share it with your team, manage meetings also with your team, and it's easy to use. There are a lot of options.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

You can't receive notifications when someone modifies or writes, it's not linked to Excel and PowerBI charts, but I heard they will add these options, so it will be perfect. Thank you.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To animate the briefings remotely and share visual management with the whole team so that everyone is informed, it's very interesting and not complicated to use.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Mobile application still limited. Full potential not yet reached.

Energize action plans
Integration of data

To have a more complete mobile app e.g., gemba walk, in progress

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kaizen event, problem solving, performance management meetings, distance learning. We can drive with or without teams on site.

  ### 48. Game Changer for digital collaboration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marco V. | Consultant Processes, Methods & Tools, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 21, 2022

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

iObeya helped us a lot to improve our teamwork across sites and countries. As an industiral company with manufacturing facilities and complex long term projects we have Lean, Agile, Shopfloor and Project Management in our DNA. iObeya provides all this features and methods while being easy and intuitive to use.

Weather monitoring KPIs on dashboards, tracking actions and tasks or showing operational progesss and risks, iObeya enables high transparency and efficiency of all relevant information. Smart working and and Visual Management go together, of course this trend was also boosted by the Covid 19 pandemic.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Some users missing the possibility of versioning or archiving content. At the moment boards can be exported and saved on a drive as a backup.

When using the app on a smartboard it can happen that the response time in ink-mode is a bit slow.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compared to physical meetings and workshops colleagues are always up to date because iObeya can be accessed at any time and motivates to collaborate on a certain use case.

There are much more options to highlight issues and next steps faster than in real live.

  ### 49. iObeya: The #1 Tool for Building Visual, Collaborative, Improvable (& above all) Humane Work Systems

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tonianne D. | Partner and Principal Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2022

**What do you like best about iObeya?**

Obeyas are like snowflakes: no two are (or should!) be alike. You and your team have your own way of working. So I appreciate the extensive functionality and myriad customizable templates (and related searchability and portability) iObeya offers so that I can build and continuously evolve my obeya to suit my team and projects’ requirements.

And when I can’t find exactly what I’m looking for (or more appropriately, when I don’t really know what it is that I am looking for) Support seeks to understand my needs and concerns and makes suggestions based on my unique context.

From work, to home, to education, to aspirations, whether your collaborators are co-located or distributed, I do not see a use case iObeya can't be applied to or provide immense value to.

At the end of the day iObeya is the tool I don't want to work...live...function without.

**What do you dislike about iObeya?**

Ironically, it’s the very thing that made me abandon tools like Miro and Mural in the first place: the ability to create functional clutter which admittedly made previous obeyas unwieldy and unsearchable. I sometimes wish I had the ability to drop a note beyond a frame. Bad habits die hard but in the end though, I'm grateful. iObeya keeps me "honest"...keeping my board organized, intuitive, and searchable.

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Given the recent mass shift to telework, most of us don't have the luxury of shared whiteboards and walls, let alone a proper physical obeya. Whether it is with our consulting business, our online school, or even our latest book, iObeya helps us manage, collaborate on, and remain aligned in our work. It helps us identify and solve tomorrow's problems - and solve them collaboratively - before they become problems at all.

Perhaps most importantly, it helps us achieve a sense of clarity over our work and our priorities (and our capacity), whilst giving us a sense of relatedness to others, the mission, etc. I’ve watched it change expectations and by extension, behaviors - my own and my team's.
It surfaces opportunities for conversation, collaboration, respect, and improvement across all parts of my org and, even with external collaborators.

**Official Response from Marilyne De Beaunay:**

> Thank you Tonianne for your positive review of iObeya! We appreciate your kind words and are glad that you find our solution valuable. Your feedback motivates us to continue delivering value and fostering collaboration. If you have any further suggestions or questions, please let us know.
The iObeya Team

**What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Inter-business line communication and visual management
