What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

It’s robust. Once you set it up (which in our case took no time at all), you forget that it exists. We found it more flexible than Lighting Inbox and the Salesforce Inbox, allowing us to use the full breadth of our Salesforce database. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Honestly, nothing. But to really nitpick, the sidebar might have a steep learning curve for some. It’s easy to use and find what you need, but when new users see it, they may be overwhelmed. Recommendations to others considering Revenue Grid:

Find out how you are using Salesforce. If staff is using it to log communication all the time, the SmartCloud Connect will make you forget all about it. I’d go even further and recommend not to run your sales department without it! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Revenue Grid has been awesome for me!

Being able to quickly link emails to deals is such a simple feature/process, but it makes a huge difference to my sanity.

I can now always see exactly where things are at with my clients, which makes life heaps easier to therefore help me provide a better experience for them.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Very simple and intuitive, there is no additional work or steps involved once set up.

Love the integration and visibility it provides, allowing my team to stay synchronised with our customers.

What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Can be a little tricky to set up for new staff who are not very IT literate, but once installed it makes their life so much easier! Would be nice to have fewer steps to install & link Revenue Grid.

Streamlining the customer experience, when dealing with multiple employees. We had issues with different people making overlapping emails & calls, and setting up appointments due to not being able to see what others had been communicating to the customer. What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

With revenue grid you have the possibility to auto-log emails, events to salesforce, no need to bcc, use a sidebar app, etc. This just makes life easy. In case I want to log something to an opportunity, I can use the outlook sidebar which provides an easy selection. The outlook side bar provides more possibilities then the native salesforce sidebar. With the side bar it is also easy to add new contacts to your accounts, who are in cc of an e-mail, or change the status of leads / opportunities right from the side bar. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid?

Getting to the prewritten scripts, and using them is not so inuitive as other parts of the product. You can get it done, but you need to make sure your setup is perfect otherwise here you will be using more thime then necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I suggest to choose revenue grid in case you value time against the annual fee.

It will save more time then the actual cost of the system.

Implementation is easy.

Our main benefits is the automatic logging of e-mails and events to leads / accounts /contacts / opportunities.

We also use it to make quick status changes from the outlook side bar so we have everything upto date.

I’ve been using Revenue Grid for a while now, and it’s been a game-changer for our sales team. One of the best features is the seamless integration with Salesforce, which allows us to work in a familiar CRM environment while taking advantage of advanced analytics and automation. While Revenue Grid has many useful features, I did encounter issues in some areas. One of the main issues is that some features can be difficult to use at times and can be overwhelming for non-tech-savvy users. UPDATE 9/26/24 - The issues that we used to have on a somewhat regular basis appear to have been resolved. No update related issues since my original review.

While it hasn't happened in the last few months, we have seen issues after their monthly patches. No significant issues, authentication and some lag more than anything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Revenue Grid?

Having quick access to SF data (client, details, opps, account) helps me get work done faster. I can also CUSTOMIZE what i see in the RG sidebar making sure i have relevant info everytime i open an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
