I enjoy that you can sort by time zone when trying to prospect your accounts, and that if gives you stages to prospect to stay on top of your prospecting. When prospecting, leads can fall through the cracks which affects your success, so this is helpful. I also enjoy that you can put your email templates in playbooks, so it's quick to send them while dialing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the fact that if you flag an account and it comes out of your name in salesforce, it doesn't communicate to salesforce taking it out of your tasks. You have to manually take it out of playbooks. Although you can sort it by time or time zone, I think it would be cool to sort accounts or opportunities specifically by city! So much more productive! This tool is a must-have for any business where sales calls, follow up and activity tracking is a must! My favorite features include click to call, email templates, adding account notes directly in the tool, and the pre-recorded voicemails I can create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the click to email and click to dial functionality within Playbooks, it saves a lot of time while updating client contact records. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can't think of many downsides to Playbooks. The only issues I've had is that sometimes the plugin needs to be refreshed as it stops synching with Saleforce but that is generally an easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I don't have to try to remember where I am in the follow up process with clients. Xant keeps track of my follow up tasks and helps keep me to a timely response cadence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't love that Xant requires me to mark a play successful or to end a play. I feel like that part is a little clunky. I'm always unsure when to end and what play to switch to next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Since starting in sales I have been through a few CRMs. As an AE I do enjoy Salesforce, but there tends to be a bit of extra work to log activity that bogged things down. I have always made suggestions on what to look for in technology to make life easier and drive more activity. Finding a way to log things easier and remove repititive action is key. To this point I have found that Xant does this and is a fantastic add on for our company. From better call quality, to ease of use, and automation to push greater activity, this program has exceeded my expectations. We are still in the testing period, but when I make a suggestion they even look at ways to be able to implement my suggestions before we start. I can't say enough about the product and the team. I like how organized Xant keeps my sales pipeline and how it shows me what activities I have already done. I also love the fact that it shows me when a prospect opens an email.
