Case Management allows both HR and the employee to track their questions/issues/submissions, so that we all have the same information. It creates a history, a story - and anyone can always refer back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At the current moment, there's not much to dislike. Everytime we have a suggestion, Infor has been able to implement it. Our newest suggestion is to be able to format the text in the notes and resolution to the employee. Would help to be able to bold or higlight or bullet. Especially if we are to use the Resolution Template. If we could hightligh areas where the agent needs to change wording that meets the particular scenario with a person before closing a case - that would ensure that the right answer is being provided. Each case submitted to our HR team lends in giving us an idea of what is going on with our Employees without us having to be in the trenches, so to speak. Both Knowedgebase and Case Management is very easy to use. KB - Its like using a textbook, and turning the page, all the content is there. CM - the search functinality on cases, prefilled cases and also prefilled templates are a win win. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For some modules, it is the ease of access. Some are straight forward and once built, you can use the product very easily. There is a possibility for a lot of customization of the product. Talent modules, absence management, benefits are all configurable in 1 system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The complexity is a lot. not everything is straightforward. you need someone who knows SQL to do a lot of configuration is needed. The support from infor takes a lot of time and they are not easily available. They hand the projects over to 3rd party consultants and you have to spend extra money for their support. Employee procedures are well-designed and simple to utilize, and the self-service user interface is great. No further software is required. And it helps recruit the employees, update their payroll, and onboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
