The main thing I like about Infor Coleman is that there user friendly interface. Also I really like its feature to automate repetitive tasks, reducing manual effort and human errors. And best part is platform under the hood utilizes NLP (Natural Language Processing) so it is able to give best response of your queries which you ask in your own words. The only thing I dislike is its whole effectiveness depends on data quality which we provide to train, if data has any errors or problems, then Infor Coleman also starts giving us same issues that's happened with us.
