What do you like best about Infinity Call Tracking?

We used infinity as a trial, and we found the platform has a lot more features and data than any other call tracking provider. The one-on-one support with the AM's was great; Carissa was always at hand to assist when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Infinity Call Tracking?

We had some difficulty setting up the tracking even after following the infinity campus videos. Once we got the hang of the setup, we really enjoyed using the platform, and our AM was at hand when we needed to troubleshoot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Caller Insights inside our CRM allowed us to attribute calls to revenue being generated - especially hard in a service based business where offline conversions take place. Great easy to use tools on their hub at a click of a button. These tools are all in one place and easy to manage/maintain. They give great insight into customer experience and have helped to make improvements to key area's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Infinity Call Tracking solving and how is that benefiting you?

As mentioned above the bugs with the system. Also, some issues with the conversation analytics keywords picking up correctly. However, this is a fairly new system and I imagine will only get better with time and money invested. A benefit realised was that it could be used in the call centre training for agents and not just for listening to what customers are calling about about most frequently. "Website direct" leads. I feel that for the leads that come in as "website direct", it would be helpful if we could easily see possible matches to past visitors as most of our "website direct" leads simply must have been on the website at most a few weeks ago and therefore can't really be "website direct".
