From my perspective, some of the most valuable features and functions of Infinity are:
- The top one would be Conversational Analytics, allowing us to dig into the conversations that consumers and clients are having with our business. Instrumental is the ability to add in any keywords we want to track and focus solely on those calls to drive our marketing efforts, identify training requirements, etc.
- We can manage available extra features without any support from Infinity, for example, Missed Call Email Alerts, Post Call Rating, Call Announcements, and the creation of Fixed Numbers.
- Ease of use across several different functions of our business. Whether you're just someone with access to do a bit of call listening or if you're managing the full utilisation, Infinity has made everything user friendly and intuitive.
- Finally, I would also say that the team from Infinity are fantastic to work with. Whether you require something from the support team or if you want to run an idea past the client success team, they're always there, ready to help in any way they can, swiftly. Off the top of my head, I can't think of anything that is a downside per se. We'd love to have specific functionality, but thankfully their product team is highly receptive to client feedback.
One thing that would help, primarily due to the way we operate as a business, would be to allow for more conditional filtering rules, e.g., using AND & OR to build complex filters and save them within the Infinity Hub itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Their account management has been great at staying in touch with us and making sure everything is working as it should, as well as keeping us informed of additional functionality we could be making use of. The Infinity Hub is also fast, straightforward, and a great tool to use. A particular mention should go to Infinity's Support team, who have provided an excellent and lightning-fast service when presented with any technical issues or queries. A minor issue but we found the breakdown of some costs to be a little obfuscated - it would be good to see a simple breakdown of costs within the Hub itself, eg. what our Fixed Numbers are costing versus Dial-In Groups, per month. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The Infinity system is easy to use and provides detailed reports perfect for our business needs. The system is entirely reliable as we have never had any faults or technical errors in the 18+ months we have used it. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to respond to any messages as quickly as possible and efficiently solving any queries that come up. Our Account Manager - very attentive, flexible, hands-on, aware, pro-active, and knowledgeable - also a good communicator - makes me feel at ease when other agencies or clients are involved.

Historically, our Account Managers have not been as attentive or hands-on, and this meant we didn't get as much out of the tool. Transitioning from another call tracking provider, I was unsure of what to expect with Infinity's API integration. Not only is the call tracking platform straightforward and simple to use, it has provided us data that has been beneficial to business strategy. Honestly, there isn't much I don't like about the platform. The only thing that would be great is having the ability to categorize customers into segments based upon their behavior/actions before and after the call has taken place. When we've encountered errors or holes in our telephony tracking, the Infinity support team have been really helpful in diagnosing and rectifying our issues. The data they provide is great and we're about to start using their new conversation analytics product, which looks great too. Infinity has made streamlining the process of tracking calls to users a doddle; the most impressive part of their service is the API which is easy and intuitive to link directly to our client's application, making tracking of calls and automation of updating numbers a cinch. The documentation of which is laid out so well, even a relative coding idiot such as myself has a chance of understanding. To top it off, their customer service is reactive and top-notch.
