What do you like best about Ideal?

Ideal makes it easy to identify matching candidates to specific roles. All chatbots that deploy to candidates can be customized to include automatic knock-out questions to disqualify candidates that do not meet certain criteria ie. specific country, availability to work hours of operation etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ideal?

The main downside to ideal is the turnaround time for changes to be complete on existing chat bots or to set up new chatbots for new clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ideal?

The IDEAL project team is easy to work with and aren't "Locked In" to their own way of doing things rather they are willing to listen and open to new concepts. This product works as advertised and is a game changer for any company that wants to enhance the candidate experience along with the quality of hire. Keep your recruiters doing what they do best.. What do you like best about Ideal?

Ideal has tremendously helped our team to quickly screen, identify, and match top talent for roles with our organization. With around 29,000 employees and growing, our organization knew it was time to modernize our screening process with AI technology to decrease time to fill and ensure the best talent is identified and hired. Additionally, the chatbot capabilities are fantastic and have really increased our candidate engagement. I love how much we can customize the chatbots to tailor them to specific roles and learn more about the candidates while allowing them to reply 24/7. The integration with our ATS, iCIMS, has been a huge benefit for us as well, as it allows our recruiters to work within the ATS itself. We have found that over time as we receive, disposition, and hire more candidates, the AI grading technology becomes more and more accurate. Overall, I would highly recommend Ideal if you're looking to decrease time to fill, enhance candidate engagement, free up time for your recruiters to focus on the high-value tasks instead of sorting and screening, and improve overall efficiency. What do you dislike about Ideal?

The technology does take a little time for it to be learn our recruiting and hiring preferences in order to best grade and match candidates; however, the technology does pull in historical data to assist with this ramp-up/learning time frame which is helpful. It can be a small "learning curve" for the algorithms, but this is expected and quickly learns during the calibration phase. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The technology allows our Talent Acquisition team to focus on high-value tasks, such as relationship building, sourcing, etc., while Ideal works on our low-value tasks, such as sorting, screening, etc. It also increases candidate engagement with chatbots, and the rediscovery tool allows us to identify top talent that is within our system for new roles that post. What do you like best about Ideal?

Ideal currently integrates with our Success Factors ATS seamlessly; the report cards and grades are displayed in the candidate workbench making it easier for recruiters to action on candidates based on grades. The Ideal report card also serves as a one-stop guide/reference for all the information we need about the candidates while talking to our Hiring Managers. We are able to engage with the right candidates quickly and move along the recruiting process more efficiently. This has in turn enabled us to reduce the ‘time to interview’ and the ‘time to offer’. What do you like best about Ideal?

Using Ideal makes it easy to review candidates who are the best match for the role first. Each applicant automatically receives a grade (A through D) based on their match to the job description as well as their responses to our chatbot questions. It's a great way to immediately connect with candidates, and simplifies the review process, saving hours of time for recruiters and hiring managers. At Indigo, we general receive hundreds of applications for each open role, so being able to confidently filter for 'A' candidates first makes all the difference. What do you like best about Ideal?

What do you like best about Ideal?

As a Fortune 500 company with over 720 Burlington stores throughout the United States and Puerto Rico, we hire tens of thousands of new associates each year. We’ve partnered with Ideal to improve the effectiveness and efficiencies in our hiring practices. Ideal technology is helping us reduce time-to-fill and the time is takes us to respond to applicants. Quicker response time means we lose top talent to others who react more quickly. We have enjoyed the partnership with the team at Ideal who have been flexible, responsive and interested in understanding our unique needs. What do you like best about Ideal?

Upsides of Ideal are reducing sourcing time, and having a second form of validating candidate quality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At first we saw some inconsistencies with the way candidates were being graded due to some of our internal processes, but after partnering with our CSM we were able to work out some of the kinks, make changes on our end to train the algorithm appropriately and saw immediate changes in accuracy.
