The ID.me secure digital identity network has over 98 million users, as well as partnerships with 30 states, 10 federal agencies, and over 500 name-brand retailers. The company provides identity proofing, authentication and community verification for organizations across sectors. The company's technology meets the federal standards for consumer authentication and is approved as a NIST 800-63-3 IAL2 / AAL2 conformant credential service provider by the Kantara Initiative. ID.me's Identity Gateway also has a Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Moderate Authority to Operate (ATO). What do you like best about ID.me?

I like that we can support those who support us by offering discounts on products that would be useful in the field for first responders. Without this service we would be unable to fulfill this need of ours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ID.me?

The pricing to use this service has gone up significantly this year without warning. Since we are loyal to our first responders as customers, we feel obligated to eat the additional cost. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ID.me?

ID.me has brought us significant business by increasing our audience. We're able to remarket to the people that ID.me has brought in, which then also brings in more revenue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ID.me?

Their documenation around upgrading to a full integration was confusing. We thought we had completed everything, then we were missing some steps, as well as needing to bring in segmentation into our CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
