I love how well integrated IBM watsonx Assistant is with everything we already have up and running. It’s impressive on the natural language processing front, and making our customer service more responsive and the user more intuitive. We linked it with our CRM and other communication methods, so that customer queries are automatically recorded and turn arounds for replies are quick. Despite the strength of IBM watsonx Assistant, its degree of flexibility and available settings is exceptional. The configuration of the custom features in addition to designing specific work flows was not as easy as we originally expected, which caused some initial issues in getting everything up and in the proper running order. I appreciate the wide range of customization options provided by IBM watsonx Assistant. Once you get over the first lesson, its powerful features make it an excellent automation tool. AI can be powerful, and it’s a key component of managing customer interactions and internal processes. The steep and challenging learning curve can be a bit frustrating in the early stages. Although the platform has many features, some technical skills are required to use it effectively. For some platforms, the integration process can be tedious, requiring additional workflows for smooth operation. The watsonx Assistant is a versatile tool that combines the benefits of the former watson Assistant with the power of the latest integration and artificial intelligence. It is easy to implement and use, as the web-based creation platform is educational and the documentation for API connection and integrations is quite clear. It has a dedicated and experienced support team that also provides an extensive catalog of applicability for virtual assistants.
