We’ve been using Breakout at Talowiz for a couple of months now, and it’s been a solid addition to our website stack. It’s easy to see the difference - it’s helping us convert more visitors into conversations and, ultimately, pipeline.

The setup was super straightforward - just dropped in a Google Tag and we were live in under five minutes. From there, Breakout plugged right into our existing tools - HubSpot for CRM tracking, Slack for real-time conversation alerts - and it just works.

The real-time Slack alerts have been a game changer for our team. We’re able to act right away, and the conversation summaries plus lead intelligence make it easier to tailor our follow-ups. The Breakout team’s been super responsive and helpful whenever we’ve had questions or needed tweaks.

Overall, Breakout’s become a key part of our GTM workflows, and we’re seeing it pay off in better conversion rates.

I’m constantly balancing tools that promise impact with those that actually deliver without draining time or resources. Breakout nailed both.

We had it live with a simple GTM tag. No lengthy onboarding cycles or setup. It integrated cleanly with our CRM and Slack, which made adoption across teams seamless. The dashboard is intuitive, and it’s become part of our daily SDR motion without requiring much change management.

The lift on inbound has been real - north of 18% life since we turned it on. Breakout captures intent, engages visitors in real time, and routes leads intelligently, all while staying out of the way.

Also worth calling out: their support team has been phenomenal. Super responsive over Slack and quick to help with customization or feedback.

It’s like having a 24/7 sales rep who never sleeps. The biggest upside? You don’t lose potential leads just because someone wasn’t available to respond in time—it keeps the momentum going and gives your actual sales reps warmer, better-qualified leads to work with.

One thing to keep in mind is that while Breakout's AI is pretty impressive, it can sometimes miss the nuance in more complex or niche sales conversations. It’s great for the first touchpoint, but it still needs a human hand-off fairly early for some industries. Also, since it's a newer product, there's the occasional bug or feature limitation—but to their credit, the team seems super responsive to feedback and is actively improving the platform.

**What do you like best about Breakout?**

Breakout is one of the easiest tools we’ve implemented - took a couple of hours to go live. The team’s been super helpful and accessible throughout. The dashboard's a goldmine, find myself checking it every day. All real questions from real visitors. 

The HubSpot integration in particular was a chef's kiss. A simple direct installation from the app store. Just clicked a button.

Don't dislike anything in particular. The roadmap looks really promising!

Our website does well in terms of traffic but see a lot of relevant users end up not converting.
