**What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

The platform performs to specification. The state machine model can be scaled up. For production use. The most obvious area to support by documentation is in dynamic conversational handling. By a developer. However, the architecture does not scale well for conversational detours. Unlike flat-intent systems.

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

One hard architectural constraint is the 256-character limit on user queries. This is not an option at the enterprise level.

**What problems is Google Cloud Dialogflow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The two key technical differentiators are the use of a state machine (flows and pages) instead of brittle NLU intent lists, and the ability to connect to BigQuery for analytics, Vertex AI for ML workflows and Cloud SQL for data storage. These integrations are not bolt-ons — they are integral to the deployment specification. There is no routing problem with enterprise contact centres; it is a problem with the development architecture, and Dialogflow CX is designed to address this particular issue.

Google DFCX offers seamless one-click integration with multiple leading Contact Center provider. Its intuitive, rule-based drag-and-drop interface makes it easy to use, allowing even those without a development background to grasp the technology more quickly.

Managing session parameter names can be quite a cumbersome process. There isn't a centralized location where session or flow parameters can be defined and then easily accessed within flows or pages. It would be much more convenient if, by typing something like $session, the system could suggest available parameters to choose from.

Google DFCX is revolutionizing traditional, options-based IVR systems by introducing conversational IVR. This makes it much easier for users to communicate the purpose of their call, allowing DFCX to route the conversation directly to the appropriate flow.

It is one of the best language processing platforms on cloud. It has some amazing features such as the ready-made templates for various industries that are so valuable. It is easy to use and implement. I have been using it for the past 2 years now. They provide good customer support too.

**What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

Google cloud is one of my go-to cloud ,among various tools,there is google cloud dataflow.in this product, the best part I saw is its user friendly visual flow builder,which made my way easier to design conversation flow. I remember when I practised several labs which was based on designing conversation bots,I really find it easier to do it and by that time,I didn't find anything which was tough nut to break i.e easy to understand functions. It also allows us to create agents and deploy it to various platforms like web,our Mobile apps as well as voice assistant ex-google voice assistant, Amazon's Alexa .

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

Few things I got to know about its disadvantages which are like its cost as it is a bit expensive and pricing can quickly add up, specially for businesses with high usage. Also,I noticed while using it that it's support system needs to be improved as it's diagnosis/troubleshooting is a bit challenging and needed more attention.

Few years back,as an starter or new to this product of google cloud, I found it hard to do any sort of practice on it but when I started building conversation bots from scratch, I found it much more easier than I thought it to be i.e I thought it to be of more complex as it involves and requires knowledge of NLP , machine learning models,so here this tool made my task easier. Also,along with it,its context management features helped me in maintaining continuation of conversation.

It's easy to use and the user interface is also smooth, Implementation is quite easy. It also highly scalable, so it works well for both small projects and enterprise-level solutions.

Most likely thing is resources and demo available for navigation. Easy to use and manage daily task automatically. Also integration with other apps directly which help to manage time. The documentation part is awasome.

**What do you like best about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

The product is interesting and offers several features that demonstrate it is a platform to consider when creating an intelligent Chatbot. After some use, the interface becomes easy to use, similar to other products. Exporting to platforms such as Messenger is straightforward, although it remains basic. Overall, a good product that is slowly improving.

**What do you dislike about Google Cloud Dialogflow?**

Although it is a good product, some improvements are expected to make it a more user-friendly and accessible tool for everyone.
Firstly, the interface that represents a conversation tree is basic. You cannot control the display, unlike other competing products. It is created as additions are made and mainly serves to demonstrate the flow that you are creating.
A second important point is related to integration with platforms such as Messenger. Many tools facilitate integration by offering native features like managing the start menu and others. Dialogflow CX does not allow this granular channel-specific management. Therefore, everything has to be managed elsewhere, which complicates deployment.
Finally, support is complex. Being a large company, processes are cumbersome. A support request is a laborious process, sometimes with no response at all. Although an interesting product, the support needs significant improvement to make it even more appealing.

The platform allows for the simple creation of intelligent chatbots, going beyond a simple conversation tree to a chatbot that uses AI.

4. The deployment time for MVP is very minimal using Google Cloud Dialogflow when compared with other tools, making it go to too for the beginners.
