We at Coupa Software are eager to partner with like-minded companies that seek excellence, value, and end-user satisfaction, which is why we've been so happy with our implementation of Hushly. I haven't experienced any downsides as of yet. Whenever we've had any questions, Hushly's team has always been quick to help. But I would say that Hushly can only help if you already have good content on your website, and it doesn't promote the content for you--that's still your job. The tool makes good content shine even more and makes it easier for end-users to preview that content before sharing their contact information. Easy to create ABX landing pages quickly. Ability to customize landing pages based on account identification intent signals and predictive modeling to serve personalized content in a meaningful way. Higher conversion rate than old resource pages. Helps with abandonment capture by serving up options based on the intent before they leave. Support is consistently helpful and they take action quickly to solve any problems we have. The ability to get real business leads that already come enriched with our data requirements. We looked at Hushly and saw a single solution of content engagement, lead conversions, and lead enrichment with a very low barrier to entry that started with a pilot. Hushly has all the elements for content engagement including personalization through AI and 3rd party intent data. More importantly for us is their focus on increasing lead conversions that are GDPR/CASL, compliant. Hushly is a great site abandonment deterrent tool. The platform effectively integrates with other tools in our tech stack to serve pop-ups to very targeted audiences. The data that is appended by Hushly is passed over very quickly and overall has proven to be high quality. Their account team is very helpful, hands on and good about providing the necessary training for us to maximize the use of this tool. If you are working with multiple teams or regions in the tool, you'll have to use one pool of leads / budget or set up separate instances. It's manageable but could be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are two things I love about Hushly: 1) The UI is easy to use, and 2) the pipeline results are tangible and easy to measure. As a marketer, I am required to operate within many different tools. I needed very little training to get up and running with Hushly. I partner with my Web Team to assess which web pages attract the most traffic and deploy Hushly on those pages for the biggest opportunities. Changing web pages and changing assets within Hushly is easy and immediate. The Conversion reports in Hushly make it simple for me to pull data about which assets are performing or not. I can also customize the dates of my reports to measure asset burn-out over time. To measure business results, Hushly has the ability to attribute leads to a Campaign ID. We use Marketo and Salesforce for our campaign tracking. We set up unique Hushly CIDs, add them to a field within Hushly, and with our integration of PowerBI, I can easily pull reports and see that Hushly leads are connected to Closed/Won deals and Pipeline Created. The only downsides I’ve experienced have less to do with Hushly and more to do with my understanding of how to use it and setting expectations internally. Hushly is not magic. If you are not already attracting a healthy amount of traffic to your website, Hushly is not going to materialize results for you. Hushly will help you convert your web traffic into leads, but you need to attract the traffic first. Over five quarters, we’ve learned Hushly works better for us with organic traffic versus paid traffic. Honestly, Hushly has a lot more functionality than we are using at the moment. Hushly has greatly increased our lead generation from our content, helping us take our older, evergreen content become some of our best performing assets. Through our constant efforts to optimize and drive web revenue via content, Hushly has become a must have tool to get the best performance out of content and campaign investments.

The Hushly team is energetic, helpful, and always open to feedback. Their product has evolved in several ways over the last year & their roadmap continues to include desirable enhancements over the coming quarters. There's not much to dislike. If I had to name one thing, Hushly lacks some features that many of its larger competitors have; this will become less of an issue over time as Hushly evolves. Hushly is also priced significantly lower than its competitors, so the forfeited features are completely ok for our team. Hushly served as a one stop shop to compliment our lead generation efforts. There were various tools within the platform that allowed for versatility in how we got those leads including exit intent, shortened forms, resource hub abilities, pop-ups, count-downs, content journeys, lead enrichment, you name it. Configuration and implementation was also pretty straight-forward. The Hushly team support is one of the best I've worked with and they're super open to hearing about feedback and product improvements to make the platform better. I've had support tickets fulfilled within a day. I've also had product improvement calls directly with their head of Product and the CEO. I can't say the same for many other tools I've worked with. There are some hardcoded changes/policies that make it difficult to adhere to brand. Ex. editing your from name in email responders. I've read all the reviews and I don't just want to say the same thing that everyone else does. This product works and delivers on conversions, engagement, lead quality, and ROI for me and is well above my expectations. I've used all of their use cases from abandonment, to landing pages, multiple content hubs, and personalization through both AI and 6sense.
Now I'm starting to use their new ABM Campaign Pages which is super cool. The innovation is amazing and they've taken a template driven approach to creating scalable account landing pages for ABM. You don't need to be technical at all to build focused account pages. Best of all, they give you the ability to gate or ungate any content on those pages and don't charge their typical CPL.
