Hushley is a very nice and powerful all-in-one engagement, and conversion platform, it enabled us at Sage Intacct to improve our lead conversions and quality and increase content engagement. We are using Hushly as the Resource Center web property of our distributed web architecture to build landing pages and capture demand.
I made various improvement suggestions to Hushly management, and they always were responsive and accommodating to these suggestions, which is a testament to them putting the customer first and ensuring that their platform keeps evolving and improving to meet their customer needs. I started working at Check Point and one of my primary responsibilities is to manage our use of Hushly to improve our website lead conversions and quality and increase content engagement. It has been pretty easy to learn the tech and whenever I need help the Hushly team is always there to support us. We are using Hushly to power the Resource Center on our website and have seen big benefits from shifting away from Marketo landing pages to their Self Nurturing Landing Pages (SNLPs) which have really improved conversion from organic and paid traffic. In fact, the quality of the Hushly leads are such high quality that we route them directly to sales as opposed to putting them into nurture campaigns. We do have big plans to expand our use of the platform in 2023 to ensure our global teams enjoy the same benefits that our US team has been enjoying and look forward to utilizing all the new enhancements they've shared with us which will be available in the months to come. Hushly is an inexpensive multi-faceted tool to procure human-verified leads, easily implement campaign pages or resource centers as well embed streams onto the website easily. We are also using Hushly for our resource center with multiple languages like Japanese and Korean as well. We also like that Hushly is adding web personalization and ABM related tactics. Hushly is a fantastic platform for anyone looking to build a content hub and create experiences for their customers and future customers. Candice Farrell the Senior Director of customer success is an absolute rockstar. She will answer all your questions and have you up and running in no time. Our content hub has been live for four days and is already tracking 50+ highly engaged leads. We are currently experimenting with Hushly ABM pages for our events, customers, and research pieces. The variety of ways to build turnkey customized engagement with core prospects and accounts on page and through outbound is beneficial. Hushly can help you create both single asset experiences and multi-asset experiences to streamline registration and encourage prospects to self-nurture and navigate to the asset or multiple assets most relevant to them. Something that does not work as well for us is reporting in the tool does not allow you to easily see multiple downloads from a single individual in the way that we would like. This review is mainly for Hushly’s ABM capabilities. Hushly provides us with multiple ways to create and implement our 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM strategies at scale. By grouping content and insights into different clusters, we’re able to shape unique journeys and conversations sales has with potential customers. They provide the ability to orchestrate and drive engagement across multiple channels and connect it to personalized experiences within our hub. Hushly provides timely reporting and metrics so we can look at what is happening in accounts instead of relying on hunches and guesses around which accounts are engaging with us. Because the platform does have so many different options for ABM, demand gen, and content marketers, there is a lot there to learn and familiarize yourself with the UI. An asset library with hundreds of web assets can be difficult to keep organized, but Hushly has made it very easy, and the opportunity for automated personalization is a huge plus. I worked with Hushly for a couple of years to drive incremental leads from the website and improve lead quality. I can say that the CS team was always there and vested in helping us be successful. The onboarding and user adoption is a smooth process, and Hushly Customers are also Champions of how to best leverage Hushly's robust content engagement and personalization features. The lead enrichment and integrations with Marketing Automation, CRM and User Intent tools are also helpful to get the most out of the platform. The customer success and support teams are very proactive and take user feedback seriously to always look at ways to improve the platform and user experience. There is a learning curve, but the customer success team supports the initial setup to get you up and running. There is room for growth, with additional SEO optimizations, deeper personalizations and A/B testing features, which I am certain would be a part of the product roadmap going forward.
