The UI/UX could be more user friendly. When you first using the software, it could be difficult to navigate.

Hushly is helping us to build great landing pages with personalized messaging and content streams that adapts based on visitor behavior and intent. This ensures our prospects receive the most relevant information. Hushly integrates seamlessly with existing marketing automation and CRM systems, unifying data, provides detailed analytics on how buyers are consuming content, ensuring all teams have visibility to account's activities. 

We are seeing higher pipeline velocity on accounts with personalized experience, higher engagement rate, and increased content consumption.

Hushly helps us scale our inbound strategies with powerful personalization tools and intelligent content engagement. The platform is easy to integrate with our existing martech stack and offers excellent lead conversion features, especially with content hubs and lead generator forms. Their customer success team is incredibly responsive and proactive, making implementation and optimization seamless.

There’s a bit of a learning curve when setting up some of the advanced personalization features, but the support team is always there to help.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hushly is helping us solve key challenges around lead quality, engagement, and content personalization. By intelligently gating content and delivering personalized content journeys, we’re seeing higher conversion rates and better-qualified leads. It also reduces bounce rates and helps us capture valuable insights across the buyer journey.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly's personalization is best in class. They offer tokenization for personalization that is manual in other platforms, making it so much easier to execute ABM at scale.

Features:  Hushly was years ahead of the AI-game, and continue to grow in that area. Their tools allow for smart, data-driven decisions. 

Service: I'm particularly partial to Candice, who helped me with complex implementations, and also helped coordinate feature requests with the technical team. The Hushly team are highly responsive and helpful, and are always willing to hop on a quick call to troubleshoot.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

Hushly's email integration tools for link building were a bit sticky, but they have built in additional features to help bridge this gap, so I really have no complaints!

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hushly helps build ABM at scale. Their insights on user behavior allow insights that allow for targeted lead nurture. Their dynamic content feature also allows users to serve the right content at the right time. Their automation tools also help reduce manual internal processes. They have a lot of key integrations (and a really helpful team to support with setting them up) that help the data flow in the right direction.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushley is a very nice and powerful all-in-one engagement, and conversion platform, it enabled us at Sage Intacct to improve our lead conversions and quality and increase content engagement. We are using Hushly as the Resource Center web property of our distributed web architecture to build landing pages and capture demand. 

I made various improvement suggestions to Hushly management, and they always were responsive and accommodating to these suggestions, which is a testament to them putting the customer first and ensuring that their platform keeps evolving and improving to meet their customer needs.

I can't think of anything with the Hushly platform that would be a dislike, every platform can be improvement, but not in a sense of dislike

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

I started working at Check Point and one of my primary responsibilities is to manage our use of Hushly to improve our website lead conversions and quality and increase content engagement. It has been pretty easy to learn the tech and whenever I need help the Hushly team is always there to support us. We are using Hushly to power the Resource Center on our website and have seen big benefits from shifting away from Marketo landing pages to their Self Nurturing Landing Pages (SNLPs) which have really improved conversion from organic and paid traffic.  In fact, the quality of the Hushly leads are such high quality that we route them directly to sales as opposed to putting them into nurture campaigns. We do have big plans to expand our use of the platform in 2023 to ensure our global teams enjoy the same benefits that our US team has been enjoying and look forward to utilizing all the new enhancements they've shared with us which will be available in the months to come.

Need more styling customization, which they are actively working on improving.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly is an inexpensive multi-faceted tool to procure human-verified leads, easily implement campaign pages or resource centers as well embed streams onto the website easily. We are also using Hushly for our resource center with multiple languages like Japanese and Korean as well. We  also like that Hushly is adding web personalization and ABM related tactics.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

Not much, they have been very responsive to any issues and features and so far its been working great for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Hushly:**

If you have form conversion issues or want to quickly build a Resource Center with no resources from the web team or if you are sole web master, its the cheapest and best tool out there and it will get your job done. In addition, you will get human-verified leads so its a win-win for any company.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Lead conversion was the primary problem we were trying to solve as our form abandonment was big and we got close to 85% lift using Hushly which is great. We have specified countries and attributes that are mandatory to get the leads from Hushly and not just anyone entering bad or wrong info. We have seen conversions to meetings and Opps within 3 months of installing Hushly.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly is a fantastic platform for anyone looking to build a content hub and create experiences for their customers and future customers. Candice Farrell the Senior Director of customer success is an absolute rockstar. She will answer all your questions and have you up and running in no time. Our content hub has been live for four days and is already tracking 50+ highly engaged leads. We are currently experimenting with Hushly ABM pages for our events, customers, and research pieces. Special shout out to the Hushly dev team and James K for always fulfilling our requests no matter how weird or wonderful :)

None. The team is super helpful in adding features that make sense to the development roadmap.

We have lots of content pieces with more coming. Hushly helped us organize, track and maintain it in a common location and allowed us to create custom content experiences depending on the user.

The variety of ways to build turnkey customized engagement with core prospects and accounts on page and through outbound is beneficial. Hushly can help you create both single asset experiences and multi-asset experiences to streamline registration and encourage prospects to self-nurture and navigate to the asset or multiple assets most relevant to them.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

Something that does not work as well for us is reporting in the tool does not allow you to easily see multiple downloads from a single individual in the way that we would like. However, the Hushly team is always willing to work with you to pull any additional reporting you need based on parameters you provide them.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are terrific at creating content, but needed more help organizing it. Our team is small and lean, and our challenge was to make it easier to surface and help our prospects consume multiple content assets, organize them in a way that is personalized to the individual, and create a better user experience. When we started working with Hushly, our main focus was to improve demand gen and create richer account-based experiences. We wanted to simplify our lengthy registration process, which included a typical landing page with a form. Their short microform (with data append) helped us significantly streamline this process, resulting in increased leads. Additionally we have leveraged their Account-Based Marketing services to build turnkey pages with minimal dev customized to account to drive higher engagement and customer expansion with target accounts.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

This review is mainly for Hushly’s ABM capabilities. Hushly provides us with multiple ways to create and implement our 1:1, 1:few and 1:many ABM strategies at scale. By grouping content and insights into different clusters, we’re able to shape unique journeys and conversations sales has with potential customers. They provide the ability to orchestrate and drive engagement across multiple channels and connect it to personalized experiences within our hub. Hushly provides timely reporting and metrics so we can look at what is happening in accounts instead of relying on hunches and guesses around which accounts are engaging with us. Their customer success team is also very responsive to questions, suggestions and brainstorm sessions on improving our ABM journeys.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

Because the platform does have so many different options for ABM, demand gen, and content marketers, there is a lot there to learn and familiarize yourself with the UI. Occasionally there can be a slight lag to load, but this doesn't usually last for more than a few seconds.

The ability to support ABM on multiple levels with a concise team, with the ability to scale efforts to hundreds of accounts or provide customized messaging at a 1:1 level.

An asset library with hundreds of web assets can be difficult to keep organized, but Hushly has made it very easy, and the opportunity for automated personalization is a huge plus. The team is incredibly responsive to improvement requests and tickets and has been an invaluable resource in helping us achieve success with the tool.

The tool is not well-optimized for SEO on the item level.

Our current CMS doesn't have a robust DAM, so Hushly both covers our need for a content experience platform and acts as a DAM for our website. It also saves me time managing files and forms, which is a huge plus.

The Hushly software navigation can be cumbersome and non-intuitive. I want an easier-to-use, more user-friendly, and feature-rich WYSIWYG web page design experience.

Hushly allows me to create digital destinations quickly. Once you get the hang of the software, creating new items is easy and fast.

Reporting is also beneficial. I can find the exact details I need down to the user-level.

I worked with Hushly for a couple of years to drive incremental leads from the website and improve lead quality. I can say that the CS team was always there and vested in helping us be successful. We had regular monthly calls with Kimberlee and then with Candice and both ladies were knowledgeable and helpful at making actionable recommendations.

None, everything worked fine and it's a great platform.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

The onboarding and user adoption is a smooth process, and Hushly Customers are also Champions of how to best leverage Hushly's robust content engagement and personalization features. The lead enrichment and integrations with Marketing Automation, CRM and User Intent tools are also helpful to get the most out of the platform. The customer success and support teams are very proactive and take user feedback seriously to always look at ways to improve the platform and user experience.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

There is a learning curve, but the customer success team supports the initial setup to get you up and running. There is room for growth, with additional SEO optimizations, deeper personalizations and A/B testing features, which I am certain would be a part of the product roadmap going forward.

Give them a chance, the team is invested in your success!

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hushly is certainly helping to reduce the form friction with content downloads, thanks to the self-nurturing landing pages. It's still early days but there is an uplift in dwell time on site as well as a reduction in bounce rates, signalling that users are better engaged and hopefully will also become leads with active exit-intent experiences across some of the highly visited pages on the website.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly is a powerful and flexible tool with a wide variety of uses.  While our primary use case at the moment is exit intent, it's clear that we're just scratching the surface of what's possible.  I can confidently say that as a result of using Hushly we're generating engagement and capturing valuable leads that might otherwise wind up flying under the radar.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

The biggest challenge we've experienced so far has been a lack of time to fully devote to getting the most from Hushly.  I can't think of anything that I really dislike about the tool.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We initially implemented Hushly to capture leads displaying exit intent.  We're now also looking at using some of the cool additional features like adaptive content hubs, engagement streams and ABM campaign pages.  When it comes to benefits realized, we're clearly capturing leads that would have gone unnoticed - and are providing site visitors with a better content experience.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

The tool itself is mostly what I expected to be so far but, what I really love about Hushly is that their team is committed to making sure every client is looked after and guided to success. Every question that I've had has been answered promptly by my customer success manager who also makes sure support tickets that I have are escalated. As a growing company and product, they are always looking for feedback from clients that can be added to their product roadmap.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

The technical setup was a bit confusing and took longer than I expected but, it's something that can be sorted quickly if you get your support team and the Hushly support team on a call together.

**Recommendations to others considering Hushly:**

Make sure you understand what your use cases are and get the plan that's perfect for you. Don't be afraid to lean on the Hushly staff for help, their support team is very responsive.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hushly is helping me guide leads through the funnel faster via their self-nurturing landing pages. We are also using their 1 to 1 and 1 to many ABM pages for our Strat accounts.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

I love how easy the platform is to package up content for your various marketing needs. Whether it be an ABM page, email nurtures, or a resource center on your website, Hushly helps you strategically leverage content to educate your buyers. Previously, we were getting stuck in landing page overload and now we can spin up campaign/content destinations within minutes. I also like how you can personalize the experience leveraging providers like 6Sense or Demandbase so that the content you are serving up is always relevant and provides a personalized buying experience. The Hushly team has been so amazing! They supported us in our new brand launch and with customizing our content experience so it was consistent with our new website. If you work for a high-growth, fast-paced company like I do this is a must-have for marketers to stay agile.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

I wish there were more options to customize the branding without having to rely on the Hushly team. Creating different stream templates to mix up the experience would be great!

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting demand and ABM campaigns to market quickly. Engaging our target accounts with content to drive pipeline and revenue. We have seen an increase in SQLs from target accounts and are hoping to see more engagement with our brand new resource center!

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

We've been using Hushly for over a year.  Today we use Hushly as a must-have in our martech stack.  Hushly has proven to be not only an innovative company but we've been able to increase our engagements using a variety of their products including the embed streams, and self-nurturing landing pages.   More importantly, we've also been able to see real results with their ABM products which we're using for both our direct business and for partner marketing as an option for our resellers to run orchestrated ABM campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

I haven't had a bad experience with Hushly.  If I've asked for something to be enhanced they've actually taken care of it and created product enhancements so I truly don't have anything negative to say.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were looking to increase our conversions from existing traffic at first using Hushly.  We continued to expand our use of Hushly to include more account-oriented selling using their ABM campaign pages.  We were able to accelerate sales, expand account penetration, and help the account teams with our region get better engagement and conversions from their target accounts.

I don't have any dislikes. I am curious about future innovations to the solution now that it's proven itself at being effective. I'd like to see what the solution looks like as it matures.

Mapping content to persona and customer journey stage. Mass personalization at scale for conversation optimization. Helps us sell more effectively by engaging prosepcts at the right time.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

We've been a Hushly customer for 4 years after replacing both Uberflip and Pathfactory platforms.  I've been using Hushly for almost the past 2 years and the platform is easy to work with. The team at Hushly is always innovating with new enhancements, features, and brand new products in new categories like ABM.  We use all the products that Hushly has to offer.  The Content Hub is easy to use and helps us organize our content library of over a thousand assets into a codified taxonomy complete with catalog fields, tags, etc. so when you load up assets they automatically show up in our content streams. Their self-nurturing landing pages are great and we see a 4x higher conversion with their SNLP vs our traditional page and form.  If you want to increase conversions from your existing traffic, try one of their use cases.

We've used Hushly for so long that whatever I may not have liked in the past, they have already either fixed it or rolled out an enhancement.  They take customer feedback seriously and implement changes excruciatingly fast (like weeks). Customer support has been superb.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've implemented Hushly to help us increase lead quality, convert more of our existing traffic, and to create personalized unique content journeys for our prospects. We achieved 243% higher conversions with Hushly including a higher lead quality as the platform excluded bad leads that we were getting with our old forms.  We use 6Sense as our intent vendor and leverage the integration with Hushly to deliver a better overall website personalization experience for our visitors.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

What I like the most about Hushly is their ability to innovate with speed and agility.  They have created a platform for b2b marketers that can easily orchestrate account based marketing campaigns at an enterprise scale while at the same time allowing content marketers and lead generation marketers a better way to provide a unique buyers experience through personalized content journey's.   Hushly is way out in front when it comes to creating a platform for precision demand marketers and as I've used this product in two companies now.  They've been able to leap frog other competitors and deliver new capabilities, enhancements, and new products to market faster than anyone I've seen.  We use all of their solutions for content marketing, lead conversions, and we also use them for our ABM campaigns.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

If I've had any issue or if we wanted anything added to the product or needed an integration done we've never had to ask twice and it was always done quickly.  Hard to object to that.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall we've been able to see opportunities along with pipeline and closed business attributed to the Hushly leads for our lead generation efforts.   For ABM we're able to track accounts and we've seen additional opportunities from those efforts pay off as well.

It's been a while since I used the platform. It felt very "basic" back when I used it - it needed some UI enhancements. But that may have gotten better.

It's been a while since I used it, so I'm not even sure about the capabilities they current have (seems like they have a very robust offering). My best advice would be to take advantage of their support team - they are amazing!

Our form completion on our landing pages was really terrible. With Hushly, we increased form fills significantly and we were also able to improve lead quality from these fills, because they required business emails and they would enrich the lead automatically which was awesome.

We at Coupa Software are eager to partner with like-minded companies that seek excellence, value, and end-user satisfaction, which is why we've been so happy with our implementation of Hushly. The interface is easy-to-use, and we immediately saw value in terms of increased leads on our landing pages.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

I haven't experienced any downsides as of yet. Whenever we've had any questions, Hushly's team has always been quick to help. But I would say that Hushly can only help if you already have good content on your website, and it doesn't promote the content for you--that's still your job. The tool makes good content shine even more and makes it easier for end-users to preview that content before sharing their contact information. I believe it's a benefit both to us and to those who benefit from the content we provide.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've received almost twice as many form-fills after implementing Hushly. I also believe that the data quality from Hushly leads is better, since Hushly requires the requester to verify their email before he/she can download the content.

Easy to create ABX landing pages quickly. Ability to customize landing pages based on account identification intent signals and predictive modeling to serve personalized content in a meaningful way. Higher conversion rate than old resource pages. Helps with abandonment capture by serving up options based on the intent before they leave. Support is consistently helpful and they take action quickly to solve any problems we have. The ability to get real business leads that already come enriched with our data requirements. We looked at Hushly and saw a single solution of content engagement, lead conversions, and lead enrichment with a very low barrier to entry that started with a pilot. Hushly has all the elements for content engagement including personalization through AI and 3rd party intent data. More importantly for us is their focus on increasing lead conversions that are GDPR/CASL, compliant. The pricing made our decision a no-brainer since it is performance-based, it's easy to prove the ROI

Hushly has been great about helping us fix anything we need fixed or adding features and function as things come up that we want to do that wasn't in the platform yet. UX could use a refresh, and this is in the works.

Compared to what I was paying for competitive solutions, Hushly has the same features/function and we're paying much less, plus they have a great support team, share your goals with them, they will help you meet your objectives.

Easy to create Account-based Marketing focused landing pages without having to work with a web developer. Custom landing pages based on intent data and keywords with highly relevant content. Content engagement, lead conversion, and enrichment for ABM campaigns. High bounce rates was also a problem we were looking to solve and we've already improved by almost 10%.

Hushly is a great site abandonment deterrent tool. The platform effectively integrates with other tools in our tech stack to serve pop-ups to very targeted audiences. The data that is appended by Hushly is passed over very quickly and overall has proven to be high quality. Their account team is very helpful, hands on and good about providing the necessary training for us to maximize the use of this tool. We piloted Hushly in NA and have since expanded into all the other regions.

If you are working with multiple teams or regions in the tool, you'll have to use one pool of leads / budget or set up separate instances. It's manageable but could be better.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

There are two things I love about Hushly: 1) The UI is easy to use, and 2) the pipeline results are tangible and easy to measure.  As a marketer, I am required to operate within many different tools.  I needed very little training to get up and running with Hushly.  I partner with my Web Team to assess which web pages attract the most traffic and deploy Hushly on those pages for the biggest opportunities.  Changing web pages and changing assets within Hushly is easy and immediate.  The Conversion reports in Hushly make it simple for me to pull data about which assets are performing or not.  I can also customize the dates of my reports to measure asset burn-out over time.  To measure business results, Hushly has the ability to attribute leads to a Campaign ID.  We use Marketo and Salesforce for our campaign tracking.  We set up unique Hushly CIDs, add them to a field within Hushly, and with our integration of PowerBI, I can easily pull reports and see that Hushly leads are connected to Closed/Won deals and Pipeline Created.  This makes the investment in Hushly a no-brainer.  The ROI is tangible and significant.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

The only downsides I’ve experienced have less to do with Hushly and more to do with my understanding of how to use it and setting expectations internally.  Hushly is not magic.  If you are not already attracting a healthy amount of traffic to your website, Hushly is not going to materialize results for you.  Hushly will help you convert your web traffic into leads, but you need to attract the traffic first.  Over five quarters, we’ve learned Hushly works better for us with organic traffic versus paid traffic.  Honestly, Hushly has a lot more functionality than we are using at the moment.  I look forward to continuing to grow our web strategies with Hushly.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Hushly to expand lead conversions on our web site.  This was our primary goal from the start.  Over time, we’ve learned we can also use Hushly data to validate which assets are attracting more engagement on our site.  This helps inform our content strategy, which we refresh often.  Over five quarters, we collected 1K+ leads through Hushly, 70% of which are net new names to our database.  That’s huge!  This helps drive a healthy database for our email nurture campaigns and virtual events.  In five quarters we report $400K+ in Closed/Won revenue and $2.5M Pipeline Created with Hushly leads through internal campaign tracking.  I feel like I should repeat, Hushly is not magic.  Hushly won’t close business for you.  However, Hushly WILL help convert your web traffic into leads, enabling you to nurture them to closed/won revenue.  Campaign tracking is critical and Hushly functionality helps you do that.
I should also mention, the Hushly lead validation process is privacy compliant and double-opt in.  Which means, the leads captured and verified by Hushly are very high quality.

The Hushly team is energetic, helpful, and always open to feedback. Their product has evolved in several ways over the last year & their roadmap continues to include desirable enhancements over the coming quarters. We value our partnership with Hushly & enjoy working with the team.

There's not much to dislike. If I had to name one thing, Hushly lacks some features that many of its larger competitors have; this will become less of an issue over time as Hushly evolves. Hushly is also priced significantly lower than its competitors, so the forfeited features are completely ok for our team. Again, this is something that will continue to change as Hushly builds out its product.

**Recommendations to others considering Hushly:**

Hushly is a great tool for our use case & current need. We evaluated the larger competitors but found that Hushly achieved 90% of what those competitors do. The other 10% was not worth the hefty additional cost in our opinion.

We embarked on a journey of content ungating in 2019 and Hushly has helped us achieve this with a low lift internally. We've also began using Hushly for our ABM program, using their streams to build personalized landing pages for targeted accounts. Using Hushly to complete these items has saved endless hours of work that would've otherwise been spent completing these challenges internally.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly served as a one stop shop to compliment our lead generation efforts. There were various tools within the platform that allowed for versatility in how we got those leads including exit intent, shortened forms, resource hub abilities, pop-ups, count-downs, content journeys, lead enrichment, you name it. Configuration and implementation was also pretty straight-forward. The Hushly team support is one of the best I've worked with and they're super open to hearing about feedback and product improvements to make the platform better. I've had support tickets fulfilled within a day. I've also had product improvement calls directly with their head of Product and the CEO. I can't say the same for many other tools I've worked with.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

There are some hardcoded changes/policies that make it difficult to adhere to brand. Ex. editing your from name in email responders. The pricing model can definitely drive your CPLs higher but they promise better quality in return and there is a tiered approach.

If you have the budget to incorporate a lead engine like Hushly, you'll get great support, a versatile tool, and juiced up conversions. It's easy to integrate and implement as well.

Hushly is great for that extra push in leads for teams with lofty goals. Also, because they have so many features, they're a great platform to test out various experiences. I've read all the reviews and I don't just want to say the same thing that everyone else does. This product works and delivers on conversions, engagement, lead quality, and ROI for me and is well above my expectations.   I've used all of their use cases from abandonment, to landing pages, multiple content hubs, and personalization through both AI and 6sense.

Now I'm starting to use their new ABM Campaign Pages which is super cool. The innovation is amazing and they've taken a template driven approach to creating scalable account landing pages for ABM.  You don't need to be technical at all to build focused account pages.  Best of all, they give you the ability to gate or ungate any content on those pages and don't charge their typical CPL. It's account based pricing.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

I've not been in a position where they haven't delivered on some adjustment or fix for me so I can't think of anything that makes me unhappy.

These guys are great to work with and very responsive.

I've solved abandonment with them and went away from forms in lieu of using Hushly landing pages and content streams. Their smart microform technology increased lead conversions on even basic landing pages where we just swapped out the marketo form for Hushly's microform that they use across their product use cases. I've increased engagement, conversations, and quality like others and with ABM now I'm expecting Hushly's technology to be a game changer for field marketing and our sellers.

Imagine a powerhouse MarTech solution that lowers CPL, increases lead quality and delivers best in class ABM. My team started using Hushly in 2017 for abandonment capture, and we continue to see double digit results for the exit experiences. The best part is, all leads are human verified and contactable for sales to follow up on. In a world where sales and marketing alignment is king, you can't get much better than that! And it keeps getting better. Today, my team uses Hushly to serve up in-language translated content, assets by industry, and custom ABM landing pages. The more personalization Hushly is able to incorporate, the higher ROI our team sees across the board.

I was using Hushly at my last company.  When I started at my new company, Hushly was one of the first pieces of technology we added to our stack.  

A content engagement platform (CEP) is great but having a CEP that also has native lead capture / conversion optimization built-in, along with lead enrichment is what makes Hushly stand out from vendors like Uberflip & Pathfactory.

The only thing I wish they did was create the content and drive the traffic too. :-)

We get real business leads with enriched business profiles.  When I first joined ThoughtSpot in July, I was introduced to Hushly and was immediately excited to use the tool. It's been really easy to get up to speed quickly. The Success team is always willing to help and not just for me to gain technical proficiency but as a business partner that is genuinely committed to making me a better Growth Marketer. I see Hushly not just as a great addition to any B2B marketer's tech stack but also as a strategic consultant that feels like an extension of our own marketing team. As of the time I write this they've continued to deliver real business results for us so I'm not in a position yet to say their something I don't like. There is a few UX enhancement that would be nice to add, but usually support is very quick help with issues I need.

Our focus has been on generating leads from our abandonment.   We're using Hushly to capture form abandoners and with such success lately we're starting to test out their landing pages and content hub..  It's no additional charge to try new service offerings since Hushly pricing is a cost per lead business model.  Their pricing goes down when you move to their landing pages, content streams, and hubs so with our ever increasing cost on PPC for ads and search this platform helps us reduce our overall CPL while increasing conversions.

What is most helpful about Hushly / What are the upsides of using Hushly
I work at a marketing agency so I'm not the typical customer who's only worried about the company I work for.   I am looking at Hushly through the lens of multiple clients and I'm able to see how their platform performs across a variety of customers.  I've worked with my clients to help them increase content engagement, increase lead conversions, and increase the quality of leads they're receiving from all digital marketing campaigns including paid and earned traffic.
       1.  The setup is simple and easy to use
       2.  The product is lightweight and can work via a simple tag to simply catch abandoners from existing marketo or pardot landing pages
       3.  The content hubs, content streams and hushly's landing page technology is super easy to configure and use but more importantly it just works and delivers a better ROI on campaigns we're running.

Whenever I had an issue, it quickly became a non issue. The Hushly team is very responsive and quick to create new functionality and solving any challenges customers may have. It's actually quite impressive how customer focused they are and willing to listen to their customers to enhance and improve the platform.

Hushly is a no brainer. It's one of the fastest ROIs I have seen in the acquisition of Martech.

I have a multitude of clients looking for a  solution to solve  a variety of problems.   We're in the business of digital transformation an align with Hushly's thinking to  "lead with value and not the form".   The content is of high value, lots of time and money investing in content creation, that is why we're always looking for a more modern and effective way to increase engagement with content, and more importantly, increase conversions from the content.    We've found personalization is key for our customers and its show triple digit percentages increase in the 600-700% range for content engagement.

Hushly helped us generate leads that would've bounced or been lost and was always very supportive offering new ideas to help us achieve even more success.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly's system is easy to operate and does exactly what it says it does - delivers higher lead quality due to human verification and double opt-in, increased lead volume by capturing people who were abandoning a landing page, and direct integration with multiple marketing systems to make the process seamless.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

The one area I'm looking forward to improvements is design components. The system for customization right now is a bit clunky, and even then there are areas of the experience where we cannot create a fully customized design. Especially with a landing page that has modern design elements, the Hushly lightbox design can appear a bit clunky & outdated.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We chose Hushly as a way to improve the performance of our Paid Search & Social programs by delivering additional leads that would have left the page without registering. It was an added bonus to see improved lead quality for the leads that were delivered.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

What I like most about Hushly is the results that get produced.   It was easy to set up and it's really easy to use.  We had special requirements early on in our pilot that they did for us which we've since relaxed as this tool has delivered on exactly what it was supposed to do; increase content engagement, increase lead conversions, and effectively reduce acquisition cost.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

We've pushed them with some special requests which they've delivered on so I'm not finding much to give them a negative score for here.  Nothing specific stands out worth mentioning here.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been working with Hushly the last couple of years primarily with their Exit Intent Experiences to help us generate incremental lift from our paid campaigns. We learned recently about their Adaptive Content Hub and are very excited to leverage it in order to increase engagement and lead quality from the organic traffic coming to our website. 

We really appreciated their team pushing us forward to use the latest features and functionality to drive growth in the business and look forward to many years of fruitful partnership.  

Quick stats:

3. 68% are net new leads to our database

We are soon planning to introduce Hushly landing pages and embedded content streams as part of our ABM effort and we're excited to get results from those new changes.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

Hushly out of the box, will little effort to implement, immediately fixed our abandonment rate and poor lead quality issues.  Hushly at a deeper level has provided us solid intent and ABM driven experience use cases to further our lead conversion efforts, and happy alignment with Sales.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

That I do not have two more clones of myself to push the use case envelope further with this product.

**Recommendations to others considering Hushly:**

Think outside the box.  At it's core, Hushly is a great exit prevention, lead and data quality lift tool.  Beyond, there are a myriad of ways to use this product - from mobile conversion optimization to lead generation through traditionally ungated content items, as well as plugging into your ABM platform for tailored / custom experiences.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have used Hushly to decrease our overall CPL by 21%, while increasing lead conversion 57% and data quality 55%.  Essentially, we stopped the abandonment rate leak and the garbage form fill information.

I'm able to use Hushly for abandonment capture, triggered experiences, a resource center and self nurturing landing page destinations–all personalized via our predictive analytics sources ~ dynamic experiences.

**What do you like best about Hushly?**

What I like most about using Hushly is our ability to get real business leads that already come enriched with our data requirements.  We looked at Hushly and saw a single solution of content engagement, lead conversions, and lead enrichment with a very low barrier to entry that started with a pilot. Hushly has all the elements for content engagement including personalization through AI and 3rd party intent data.  More importantly for us is their focus on increasing lead conversions that are GDPR/CASL, compliant.  The pricing made our decision a no brainer since it is performance based, in addition to the incredibly user-friendly design.

**What do you dislike about Hushly?**

One missing feature is a self-service tool to make bulk edits to experiences.

**What problems is Hushly solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our initial focus was generating more leads from our paid advertising campaigns.  We used Hushly to capture form abandoners on our landing pages.  Everything performed as well as hoped! We've been customers for over 2 years now and we've seen truly fantastic results with a lead conversion lift, etc.
