What do you like best about Humanly?

Sourcing the mass network of my colleagues, and how this tool pulls diversity referrals to the top. I like how it makes referral collecting less manual, and the referrers have fun playing with the tool (they do all the work)! Teamable is super accurate finding emails. You'll always have an advocate for your candidates, since they are form employee networks (again great for getting offer's approved). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Humanly?

Use Teamable. You'll find a lot more candidates than other tools, they will have a referral (this helps with closing the candidate and getting them to offer stages), Teamable help you find your diverse referral population. What do you like best about Humanly?

Humanly has been great in make our recruiting process so much easier. Being able to implement it as a supplement to our initial phone screen process. Also the system is pretty quick in responding to candidates which is nice. It's able to handle a large pipeline since we use it for a 24/7 daily occurence. Haven't had any major issues on my end, but have been able to get any moments resolved quickly and also integrate my calendar after candidates pass the screening process. What do you dislike about Humanly?

The only issue that I may have encountered was being tagged to multiple workflows/recruiting question that weren't specific. For example, great when weeding out for two different jobs, but if there are more than 2 choices than it's hard to break down candidates into more buckets than 2. What do you like best about Humanly?

I’ve been a long-time user of Teamable, going back to its TopFunnel days, and it just keeps getting better. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that continues to improve. One of the standout features is the reporting metrics, which have been instrumental in helping us create and refine our DEI initiatives. Additionally, the drip campaign functionality has been a game-changer for reaching and engaging top talent in the market. Overall, Teamable has become an essential tool for our recruiting efforts, and it’s exciting to see the consistent enhancements they make. Not too much not to like. If i had to nitpick, the reporting part, you need to know where to naviagte to get the specific content you are looking for otherwise it can get a bit tricky at first glance. What do you like best about Humanly?

Humanly brings the ability to have more hands and do more things. I've used the Teamable product for years, even back before they were rebranded. There's nothing more I ask my recruiting leaders for then this product. From using the product, which is very intuitive and user friendly, to the customer support that responds within minutes of any request.

The products themselves are plug and play and easy to implement. The team will guide you through every step and support you after things are set up. Everything is a chrome extension that is very easily accessible and useable. What do you dislike about Humanly?

What problems is Humanly solving and how is that benefiting you?

Humanly is solving the ability of recruiters to do more without physically doing more. Recruiting automation is very important, but also, not fully leaving everything up to AI and not automating everything. Personalization and customization adjusting is very imporant to connect with people/candidates. I am a one recruiter show at my company, so the ability to hit one button and a barrage of emails are sent over a set period of time...that is the magic. The old school way of doing things just takes too much time and effort, follow-up is the toughest part of recruiting. Through their metrics, I've been able to notice that people respond on that 2nd and 3rd message more often than just the first. What valuable data to understand when people are actually picking that email up. What do you like best about Humanly?

Humanly's system has improved over the years with more functionality and customization options with AI features built in. The outreach system to prospects and email finding is great, and has been a valuable tool for our business and clients. What do you like best about Humanly?

I have appreciated how seamlessly it schedules candidates and puts them on the calendar. Humanly is very straightforward and easy to use, I use it daily. I have found it easey to get in contact with a representative for assistance. I am not an administrator (my director is in charge of changing things) so I am unsure if this already is a feature but I would appreciate if humanly had a choice to only be scheduled in half blocks so that other serivices like calendly, by hand etc. can schedule. It saves us so much time by quickly filtering out unqualified candidates, allowing us to focus on the top talent.
