Humanly has been great in make our recruiting process so much easier. Being able to implement it as a supplement to our initial phone screen process. Also the system is pretty quick in responding to candidates which is nice. It's able to handle a large pipeline since we use it for a 24/7 daily occurence. Haven't had any major issues on my end, but have been able to get any moments resolved quickly and also integrate my calendar after candidates pass the screening process. The only issue that I may have encountered was being tagged to multiple workflows/recruiting question that weren't specific. For example, great when weeding out for two different jobs, but if there are more than 2 choices than it's hard to break down candidates into more buckets than 2. I’ve been a long-time user of Teamable, going back to its TopFunnel days, and it just keeps getting better. The platform is incredibly easy to use, with a user-friendly interface that continues to improve. One of the standout features is the reporting metrics, which have been instrumental in helping us create and refine our DEI initiatives. Additionally, the drip campaign functionality has been a game-changer for reaching and engaging top talent in the market. Overall, Teamable has become an essential tool for our recruiting efforts, and it’s exciting to see the consistent enhancements they make. Not too much not to like. If i had to nitpick, the reporting part, you need to know where to naviagte to get the specific content you are looking for otherwise it can get a bit tricky at first glance. Humanly brings the ability to have more hands and do more things. I've used the Teamable product for years, even back before they were rebranded. There's nothing more I ask my recruiting leaders for then this product. From using the product, which is very intuitive and user friendly, to the customer support that responds within minutes of any request.
The products themselves are plug and play and easy to implement. The team will guide you through every step and support you after things are set up. Everything is a chrome extension that is very easily accessible and useable. Humanly's system has improved over the years with more functionality and customization options with AI features built in. The outreach system to prospects and email finding is great, and has been a valuable tool for our business and clients. While their product and services are stellar, my favorite part of Humanly has to be the personable team. Their responsiveness and friendly nature makes them a joy to work with.
Their size gives their products a level of flexibility I've not experienced elsewhere, and the communication is always direct.

We ran into several small issues during implementation. It seemed we presented a situation they hadn't come across before.

I have appreciated how seamlessly it schedules candidates and puts them on the calendar. Humanly is very straightforward and easy to use, I use it daily. I have found it easey to get in contact with a representative for assistance. I am not an administrator (my director is in charge of changing things) so I am unsure if this already is a feature but I would appreciate if humanly had a choice to only be scheduled in half blocks so that other serivices like calendly, by hand etc. can schedule.
