Very customizable. Constituent profiles are set up like a timeline, super easy to navigate. The Humanitru team is always available and quick to respond. It's very clear and to me it's intuitive -- easy to add new constituents, for example. I love that I don't have to separately add workplaces and associate them individually as one does in Hubspot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I just mentioned Hubspot -- with Hubspot as well as every other system I've used (Salesforce, Blackbaud Raiser's Edge) you can easily tie emails to the constituent record either by tying it to the email platform or by sending it from within the platform. Neither is possible with Humanitru, and the inefficiency of adding a separate action and recording the email is a little clunky. I would also like to have the ability to develop out own donor pages, which I understand is coming in 2025. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not standardization in the system of fields - meaning if I want all my constituent names to be formated the same the system can't standardize that, I have to with entering the information. The unique idintifer for contituentes is an email address so I wish that it would flag any new constituents being added with the same email address. Also wish there spouses had an extra selection in relationships and that the system would automatically put all campagin information (gifts, contact, etc) on both spouses cards. The staff at Humanitru is extremely helpful in training your organization on how to use the database, customizing reports and certain functions for your organization's needs, and helping set up various integrations. Our organization uses the system every day to run reports and do mailings. Over the past several months, Humanitru has worked closely with us to clean up our data and optimize our reporting/mailing strategies. The system is not the most intuitive, but once you learn how to use it, you will find all of the features you need. They are also constantly updating their features to make it easier to use. The customer support is very quick to reply but lacks quality in response. A huge problem we encounter is trying to learn the products at hand. The team at Humanitru knows their product very well and is very knowledgable but their ability to explain that product and relate to their customer's is constantly disappointing. Humanitru helps to streamline many processes that come with managing several volunteers, and the events that they attend. Since the website sends information directly to me email, it helps me from misisng out on important updates. Humanitru is development software for the development professional. The folks there are incredibly supportive and speak the donor-centric language that can make or break development software use. They understand what the objectives are for those using the software. Their customer service is superb; Megan, Jody, and Kyle are fantastic to work with and incredibly responsive. They are also open to discussing what our needs are anytime, and even making revisions or fixes where possible. We consider Humanitru a valued partner in our fundraising endeavors. when i have a question I am easily able to talk to my customer service rep and get problems resolved. The affordability espeically as a small nonprofit with a tight budget helps. I like that my number of constituants is based on donor giving and not number of entries. This allows me to track students and other participants not just donors.
