I use it in every day business operations and was able to integrate it with their help to set my business up with long term success. They continue to add new features that make it something I not only need to use but something I want to use. Marketing automation tools are the most helpful feature of HubSpot along with centralized customer data storage. One other important feature is the report dashboard. We can create reports for any parameter regarding the business and find the improvement data very easily and frequently. Data exporting is swift and this can be customized according to our preference. Also the recent integration of AI to navigate or find the process of getting things done in HubSpot is very useful. I was there when they split commerce hub out from sales hub, and it just made sense. The ability to integrate your recurring sales into your overall CRM is so helpful vs. using third-party apps.
