There are so many features within HubEngage. I am newer to the platform, but feel like I'm always learning or discovering something new. The customer support is very strong. We have been utilizing HubEngage's employee recognition module for the past 10 months and our staff have been really engaged. The site promotes peer to peer recognition, which has been a huge success. Our favorite feature is the opportunity to encourage employees to acknowledge one another it definitely contributes to a great atmosphere. It is really easy to use.
