I really enjoy using cooleaf beacuse of its faster recognizing quality and as soon I recieve recognition the next day itself I will recieve my rewards so this keeps me motivation to be a hardworker and even the cutomer support were very easier to approach they are on time when we face issues and I'm using it daily.

It also gives me the oppurtunity to recognize others for their hard work easier to implement oru ideas and suggestions.

In a remote work world, it's tough not being able to see your co-workers every day. There's no opportunity to pass them in the hall and be able to tell them how much you appreciate them for helping on a project, solving a problem, or simply being in your life. Cooleaf solves that problem! In less time than it takes to post an Instagram story, you can tell the world how much you appreciate someone... And reward them with with real life rewards!

Unfortunately I think it is underutilized by some people. They might use it if it were right in front of their face, but if the program isn't opened up, it's easy to forget about it. If it were integrated into Teams, I think it would get used more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Able to send recognition to members across the organization and give them redeemable points to make it REALLY worthwhile. For instance if IT helped me quickly resolve a problem that would have caused me downtime, I can reward them. I can also award team members that are going above and beyond. My favorite thing about Cooleaf is that you are rewarded for doing challenges. These challenges include writing prompts, fitness activities, and participating in spirit days. I check Cooleaf daily, because it is so easy to use and redeeming your prizes is a seamless process. The app is a tad weird when it comes to logging in, I would love to have quick and easy access to cooleaf on my phone but there seems to be a glitch there. But other than that I have no complaints! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love being able to give shoutouts and kudos to my teammates across the state. I also love receiving those things from others! I love that the more engaged we are on the platform, the more we are rewarded via points. I use the points for Amazon gift cards which translates into cash for things I buy anyway!
