It is very user friendly. Team members are able to easily navigate the app to find what they are searing for, and it is easy for us to create quick posts that will show in the news Feed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times it can be difficult to target direct audiences. We have to create segments based off of job codes, departments, or locations, so it can be difficult to hand-pick who can see a post. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't use any of the insight features and just download user reports to get the analytics we want/need.
Some features/settings/functions are not very user friendly - especially the translation function in some areas. When UI/UX suggestions are made, it sometimes takes weeks/months to see improvement.
Could use some more filters under "Users".

A Multi-channel Employee Engagement Platform. For instance, using ToE (Tun on Engagement), you can arrange giving feedback, providing gift cards or get creative with AI powered content. It leads to team building, community building, leadership, satisfaction survey. You can obtain news, use video, image, storytelling, and so on. You have variety of channels to communicate, not just sharing docs through HubEngage. Apart from web platform, or Intranet, of course, mobile app will make things easier, and convenient. Formatting issues are the biggest downfall for the platform--inability to post photos in a carousel like on IG; videos needing to be manually pressed to play; thick borders around the image; when crafting emails extra spaces are added or formatting will be altered.

The platform provides a variety of communication channels that extend beyond document sharing.
