What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

It makes my life so much easier as a small buisness having everything in on place, one text line, all data in one place Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

I do wish there was a better inventory management tool, where I can scan in parts we recive, and have them deducted when we lose a call, or claim payment on it. I also wish I could have my phone line through Housecall pro, I know there is an option but its CRAZY expensive, Wix charges 10 bucks a month for unlimited, with my website Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

I love everything about the Program. They offer real time customer support unlike alot of ticketing Programs and free training to get you where you need to be to be a pro at it in no time!. It's simple... real simple! Don't need hours of training to learn it and it will do wonders for people that aren't tech savvy! Implementation was easy and the Integration was pretty simple. What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

Do to our Business needs. There are things we have to work around. Like how we charge our MSAs and such. This program wasn't really build for this kind of business and it works so well that it's hard to think of what I don't like. Maybe partner up with Konica Minolta so we can get the Material prices parts automatically instead of looking them up and manually building our own database. I guess if there was a way buy the rights to use the program in an office to make things more centralized and offer service programs monthly for the support and extras, that be great, especially in the industry were in but it works well right now. What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

very versatil CMR, with multiple usefull features, including text communication, review fallow ups, QBO integration and other applications Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

Price is reasonable for what you get, but would like to have a middle price to add more users. Next price level to add more users I think is high. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Just navigating some of the pages and limited on certain features like size of logo that goes onto my invoices and required address which I did not want Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Housecall Pro?

I am able to arrive at the project site, add the client's information, take pictures, add them to the estimate, write service agreements as needed, send to client's, and client can accept the estimate. Then I can schedule the project to a technician, which then notifies the client and technician when it is scheuled and who is coming, the technician can let the client know when they are on the way, clock in to show how long the job took, click job is complete, and send invoice before they leave the property. What do you dislike about Housecall Pro?

It would be nice to receive a text when estimates are approved or rejected vs receiving an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
