What do you like best about HoneyBook?

Automations are good and can save time. System works well to keep track of prospects and clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HoneyBook?

Internal automations are not enough and even using Zapier it falls short.

The smart file feature is not straightforward and duplicating contracts and you have to add them as a template in the main files instead of just being able to duplicate the contract within the workspace of the client.

Project dates sync with your calendar for entire days so adding dates in HB will block off your calendar completely and if you have a scheduling system connected to your calendar it is a complete mess. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HoneyBook?

Everything! There is so much to love about HoneyBook; picking just one thing is hard. The most powerful tool for me is the customizable automations. They save me so much time and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. From the scheduler and email templates to the lead forms, everything works seamlessly to create a solid workflow. What do you dislike about HoneyBook?

I'm a big believer that there's always room for improvement. HoneyBook does a fantastic job of listening and engaging with their users, constantly updating and implementing features based on user feedback. What do you like best about HoneyBook?

I love how easy it is to use HoneyBook, and how streamline it is to get a client booked, installments paid, and keep everything organized for each project. It is also so nice automated reminders for payments are sent to my clients which keeps my business running smoothly. I use Honeybook with every single client, and have watched my revenue grow. The initial set up took a little bit of time to do, but Honeybook has great customer service to help with that. I will never go back to invoicing on my own. It is far too easy and keeps my business looking and feeling professional every step of the way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HoneyBook?

The only thing I would love to see Honeybook add would be an interface for clients to collaborate on. I currently use Samepage for the planning and documenting. If Honeybook had something like that, I would never ever ever leave. Ever. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HoneyBook?

The interface is super easy to navigate. You can get pretty creative with templates and such to interface really well with your branding. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HoneyBook?

Some things that seem so simple.... are overly complicated. Also I would love it if there was more integration with my website. For instance, i wish that I could have a price page embed (from HB) on my website that the clients could use.

Another thing would be an easier way to accept alternative payments.

Thank you so much for taking some time to share some feedback with us! We actually have some very exciting updates coming soon that will address both of these concerns!

Currently, we just have the Contact Form that embeds on your website buuuuut we are actively working on an embeddable Lead Form! This means you can have a pricing guide, an invoice, scheduling, and/or questionnaire (ie a Contact Form) in a file that can be embedded directly on your website!

Also in the works as we speak, is additional payment options! Our team is working to get those added in this year as well!

Lots of exciting new features and updates coming so so soon, so keep an eye out! :)

What do you like best about HoneyBook?

I love that everything is in one place from contracts to invoices and they are all elegantly and professionally designed, and most importantly that I can do it all on my phone when I am traveling or on the go. It has changed the way I have been able to run my business and I am so thankful that I took the time to set it up. It is truly an exciting program and one that I plan to always have from now on. What do you like best about HoneyBook?

I love the gallery of templates to inspire the look and feel of my materials. The system is also very "user-friendly" as I edit each of the templates to suit my needs. They have many tutorial videos that have been very helpful, as well. So many of the steps of communication with potential and new clients can be automated, which has been so helpful! As soon as someone fills out my contact form, they receive automatic communications, and I can monitor the activity daily to stay on top of all activity! I have also FINALLY set up concise and streamlined services, packages, invoices and methods of payment! I hope to never have to be without Honeybooks! I highly recommend! What do you dislike about HoneyBook?

I have only been using Honeybooks for about one month. In that time, I have learned a LOT on my own, as I poke through getting things set up. However, I think it is best if one hires one of their coaches to get everything set up. I will be doing that SOON! I also think that my time with a hired coach will be best used as I already have a sense for how to navigate the system. Perhaps Honeybooks could provide 1 free hour with a Coach to inspire new Honeybook Users to continue working with a coach? I LOVE this product and look forward to getting my systems set up!
