Immediately went from "Spam Likely" to either branded or traditional number showing. Resulted in a much higher satisfaction from our prospects and customers. Saw connect rates increase and volume of meetings booked. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hiya Connect Branded Caller ID makes it super easy to connect with your clients by branding your outgoing communications. It is really easy to implement and their customer success team is always reaching out to help. We were up and running within 5 business days. We had no problems or hiccups implementing Hiya. Possibility to reach out to customer for a first time with branded call (with logo and brand name) and with this help increase unique answer rate metric that can be very vital for fast sales.

I think more reach it can get per country better it is, line operators connected in UK or Germany. For other countries it is missing the coverage as for me.
Legal part took a while.

Hiya was incredibly easy to integrate. The SAMSUNG number spam protection and brand ID display significantly enhanced the trust factor for our business with our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The number protection feature in Hiya does not prevent others from using your protected number as an outbound (SIP) number, which can harm your brand trust. We experienced a situation where a scam company used our Hiya-protected numbers for outbound calls. As a result, clients believed they were receiving calls from our company, when in reality, it was a scammer using SIP services to disguise their actual number. The client will see your branded call display on their phone but in fact it is the scammer calling. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a call centre that only contacts customers that have asked to be contacted, having our phone number flagged as spam was hurting our connect rates a lot. Since signing up with Hiya connect, our contact rates have quadrupled! Fantastic service and the web interface supplied is easy to use and understand. It was all very easy to set up, and easy to integrate with our existing systems.

The best features about the Hiya Connect is the ease of use interface and customer support team. I can access detailed information about the caller, including their location and business category. A wonderful call branding tool that ptotects the company brand but also acts as a great sales tool, giving confidence to potential customers.
