Nothing that I dislike yet, but I do think there are some things that can be improved with time (i.e. when a user creates a folder for email templates, it cannot be deleted by the creator if not an admin, even when it was created for personal use and is not shared). We use Hiver every day to organize our booking emails and workflow. It's simple enough that training new hires is quick and easy. Adding it to our training manuals and checklists was easy, too. Their support staff respond quickly. They have continuing education on their platform to help learn new features as they come up. Couldn't imagine not using now!
