What do you like best about Hiver?

It is easy to use, and customer service is readily available and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hiver?

Nothing that I dislike yet, but I do think there are some things that can be improved with time (i.e. when a user creates a folder for email templates, it cannot be deleted by the creator if not an admin, even when it was created for personal use and is not shared). What problems is Hiver solving and how is that benefiting you?

Makes it easy to organize and have access to what my colleagues are doing in case I need to take over an account, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hiver?

We use Hiver every day to organize our booking emails and workflow. It's simple enough that training new hires is quick and easy. Adding it to our training manuals and checklists was easy, too. Their support staff respond quickly. They have continuing education on their platform to help learn new features as they come up. Couldn't imagine not using now! What do you like best about Hiver?

What do you like best about Hiver?
