After being shortlsed I was being invited for a virtual interview where I only got to be asked questions which were very direct and objective to my field of study. The software does not offer instant feedbak after being interviewed to know if you have sucessfully passed the interview, it would be better if they provide instant feedbak to candidates so as to start preparing for actual job.

Overall the platform is an amazing invention. The only drawback I find in the software is that is does come up with an option to add or deduct hiring questions.
