I use HireQuotient as a force multiplier for our small HR team while we are managing a massive growth phase. I appreciate it for solving the difficulty of hiring for specialized, niche roles that traditional boards miss. The mobile accessibility is a great feature, allowing me to stay on top of candidate replies while on the go. Mobile access lets me review candidates anytime, anywhere, which makes hiring faster and more flexible. Additionally, it acts as a specialized sourcing layer sitting on top of our existing HRIS, making our recruiters much more efficient.
