I like that the automation feels very human and does not make our company look like a bunch of robots. I like how much time HireQuotient saves overall, especially with its automation features that reduce a lot of manual work, particularly in outreach. The automated outreach and candidate search are really helpful and save a lot of time. The setup was quite straightforward, and we were able to get started without much effort. It fits in quite well with our existing workflow alongside our ATS, making our sourcing more efficient.
