What do you like best about Hightouch?

HighTouch allows me as a product manager to tweak and edit our data integration between our platform/data warehouse and our CRM tool, HubSpot. Its connection with mongo and snowflake allows us to easily filter and query the data before we sync it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hightouch?

HighTouch needs to improve their error reporting, especially for large batches. Right now it takes a long time to generate the error report in a CSV with line items but it would help us better troubleshoot to be able to get this faster/at all. What do you like best about Hightouch?

Easy to use interface, such that you can set up sources, destinations and syncs within minutes. I love the sequences feature, which helps to ensure that the syncs are run in sequence. Integration with commonly used platforms are a breeze. Without hightouch, we would be spending so much more time in developing solutions rather than activating campaigns and analyzing data. Love it!

What do you dislike about Hightouch?

Pricing model could be more friendly for start-ups by going by number of destinations instead of number of syncs. Reason being, there are many individual use cases, that require separate syncs, so it is difficult to limit the number of syncs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hightouch?

It integrates with all the different tools we use, and was the only solution I could find that does this. Other similar software would integrate with most, but lack 1-2. This was allowed me to integrate our database, to our CRM, and our CSP (and more). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hightouch?

If you have limited data you need to sync then it's a great starter solution. But it gets very expensive if you need to use the paid solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hightouch?

Once it's properly setup, it's easy to understand the basic features. Building models and activating syncs is very straightforward. The customer support works very well in the slack channel, although other messaging tools could be supported. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hightouch?

The usability and smoothness of interface usage could be improved. The possibility of ordering the lists of models and sycns would be very helpful, for example. Also, I would like to have the option to duplicate syncs to reuse some settings (with option to change de model). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hightouch?

The global experience is nice, the web interface, drag and drop and "json" edition, github integration, the ability to tag different assets...

The integration with dbt is really deep (access to models and also jobs) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hightouch?

Investigation on warnings and errors can be improved. Also it's not always clear what is the strategy implemented to change the data (what if data is already good in the destination?).

It's an expensive tool, so it's worth it if you have multiple sync per destionations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Hightouch?

Hightouch is an extremely flexible platform, when we're deciding how to do something I can't tell you how many times the answer is "we can do it with hightouch". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Hightouch?

The most difficult part of using hightouch is how the user needs to be extremely careful with their primary keys, especially with event driven syncs. I wouldn't necessarily trust a less experienced analyst or engineer to get everything set up correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
