"Incredible experience"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I can have all the clients and I can implement the SaaS plan for my clients as well with their clients, this is a very cool and promising test. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

We could have a differentiated payment method for Brazil, as the dollar is highly valued, so we pay a lot to be able to use the system, it would be an excellent idea to change the value for Brazil.

"Disappointing Experience with GoHighLevel"
What do you like best about HighLevel?

I was unexpectedly contacted on a Sunday regarding a promotion ending that day. While I wasn't prepared to take this type of call, I still took it. The representative emphasized that it was my last chance to take advantage of the offer, even though I explained that my team and I were still uncertain about using the platform.

The rep reassured me by stating that we could cancel anytime, which gave me some confidence to move forward despite not having had the chance to explore the platform. I agreed to charge the card on file based on the price we discussed on the call. However, when I checked the charge, I was shocked to see that it was more than double what was discussed.

This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. If cancellations are truly allowed anytime, why the urgency to pressure customers on a Sunday? And why was the charge so much higher than agreed? This has left me questioning the integrity of GoHighLevel and whether this is the right platform for my business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
