What do you like best about HighLevel?

It pretty much has everything a marketing agency would need CRM, automations, funnel builder...etc And has the ability to manage all that from an admin account for clients and it's easy to use as well.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The team at GHL tries to add too many stuff rather than making all the current functions better. Like the website/funnel builder is still very basic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Not able to create the type of custom reports we'd like. For example, stats by social post. It's hunt and peck, or top-level data only. Very frustrating about this particular piece.

That it is hard to take everything in, and the courses to learn it are not the best. I do love that their are folks who teach it who own their own agencies but there is not a course 101 to expert level that isn't for free. I spend a lot of time having to shift through stuff. What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The tutorials can be more interactive learning experience. Meaning the videos are informative however due to a person attention span to take knowledge base and applying immediately be quite difficult for some business owners. So making it more interactive where it can take an element of project you are woking on and teach you each element as you implement Give you a prompt tutorial time is up and either a contiuation of time. At the end of each session provides time invested. As an incentive offer reward points like credit towards Ai Graphics, Text Messages and Email. Very motivating and for Agency Owners support in incentivize them in adding credits towards thier monthly subscription. What do you like best about HighLevel?

All the potential it has to work well for my agency.

The site builder is the main reason I use this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

The white labeling solution is too expensive since it forces you to disclose the platform sooner or later, having your client think about their business overhead more than they have to.

There is no solution to have a client Rent a property, car, ATV, a space, Tour or book an activity that takes more than 1-2 days in the store and measure the availability of that given the calendar for it, so you are competing against shopify to do the same when people desperately need an alternative to Airbnb.

You cant change the rate you charge your sub-account easily in case you need to for example charge them less for 1 month cause of a system mess up.

The site builder should have traffic measuring capabilities with a heat map built in.

Store capabilities in the funnel so that you can personalize the store or add store features to your funnels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HighLevel?

I like the price for one. Very reasonable for everything it does great work with the pricing structure. What i like most is its very beginner friendly and great for my clients to naviagte with their accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HighLevel?

Since there is so much on here some things lack in performance. For example, the forms dont look very good when embedded into basically any website, some features just look a little janky, and the bot isnt the best. Ease of use, everything in the same spot, cheap pricing for unlimited accounts, and the capacity to create snapshots/templates for easier and much quicker client onboarding.
